In synastry Sun is conjunct jupiter by 3 degrees aspecting and parallel by 6 minutes.

Moon isn't conjunct but parallel by 40 minutes

Conversely there's jupiter parallel vesta by 12 minutes

How strong are these energies?

In general conjunctions are more powerful (and also harder) than parallels but it really depends on the orb. With your first example the parallel will be more powerful than the conjunction since the orb is so much tighter. Of course, any time two planets are both in declination and in aspect the connection between them will be really powerful, even if neither orb is tight.

I wouldn't consider a parallel to be in tight orb in synastry unless it's less than half a degree, 15 minutes if an outer planet or an asteroid is involved. I do usually feel them at up to a degree though, sometimes less for the outer planets and asteroids. The exception is Neptune... a LOT of people have their Neptune CP my Sun and/or Moon (I have those aspects in my natal too) and I only feel them if the orb is really tight, like within a few minutes, or if it's a DW or bilevel aspect. So I would definitely consider how commonly the person experiences the aspect when trying to determine how strongly it will be felt.

Anyway, I'd say the Sun-Jupiter parallel will be felt very powerfully. The Moon-Jupiter one will be felt too but not as as strongly. Jupiter parallel Vesta is IMO not that important since there's not an inner planet involved. I'd only consider it if the orb was only a few minutes, and even then I don't know that it would be all that significant.
