I know that I have two soulmates in this life.
One I have yet to get my hands on his chart. The other I have access to.

My sun is in the aries Pisces cusp in the 12th house.

I believe from looking at my chart that I may be more Pisces than aries. And the one soulmate seems to confirm this.

He has Neptune in his 4th house in Scorpio conjunct our IC and DSC conjunction in opposition to my name asteroid exact in his chart.

His 8th house cusp is in Pisces. Opposition his mars exact conjunct his Uranus and Jenny. Oddly my mars is in Aquarius conjunct his DSC.

Now this was a karmic relationship between soulmates ( brother and sister) and there is much more between us but I was focused on 8th house showing soulmates.

it seems to keep true to the 8th house.

Has anyone ever looked at soulmate chart to see 8th house connections?

Another soul mate connection would be something conjunct the South Node in either chart.

I have also found that planets like Saturn falling in your 12th house are usually family connections.

I feel soulmates can only be shown by chinese signs first, and then the strong western astrology to mirror that. But chinese astro first.
I get that that's a controversial opinion and i may get some fire for it. But that's what i've observed.

3 reasons for the 8th house being important in terms of soulmates:

1. it is a water house - and water relates to the soul, feelings and all these things

2. it is in the quadrant of the other (3rd quadrant), in 7th house you meet someone, in 8th house you commit internally / bond

Our synastry ..
- my saturn exact conjunct his 8th cusp( less than 1 ○
- my sun, pluto , mercury , mars , uranus are in his 8th house.
- we have Venus/Jupiter/NN fall in each other 7th house ( double whammy)

There's lots of uncertainty of who's more affected by house overlays - the house or planet person - especially when dealing with the 8th house. Most interpretations say it's the house person. With so many planets overlaying someone's 8th house, what's your opinion?

I met somebody who's moon, mars, and saturn all fall into my 8th house....in scorpio. We just had a fling and we live in different cities but I've never actually felt sexual intensity before I met him. We had a lot of oppositions in our chart as well. He actually ruined all other men (now all I want is a Scorpio mars) and made me realize how important it is for me to be with someone who has Scorpio in their chart.

My SUN-PLUTO is in my Twin's 8H. He doesn't hit mine, though. My Guardian Soulmate's chart dominates my 8H: MOON, EROS, SATURN, BML.

Please explain how the Chinese zodiac is so definitive of "soul mate" connections?

My 8th house cusp is Sagittarius.I feel very intimately connected with someone who has planets in Sag emphasized.

But I have also noticed that some people don't "develop" their planets. They are simply not that evolved and don't consciously expand the good qualities of this energy.

As such I do find some Sagittarius people(Sun,Moon,Venus,Mars,Jupiter) who are childish,obnoxious,judgmental and self-righteous.That turns me completely off!

But then there are others who are just on my level and I feel like "where have you been all my life?". They simply connect with me.

With these people,it can get very sexual and feel like a real "soul" connection.

But! I have had one romantic encounter that had the instant connection. Here are the details -

My South Node is conjunct her Descendant.
Her South Node conjunct my Ascendant.
Her Sun, Venus, and Mercury conjunct my Descendant.
Mars-Venus aspects
Numerous positive Moon aspects
Numerous positive Sun aspects.
Strong Saturn aspects.

It was an instant fire. The only thing differing in my synastry with her are the South Node and Descendant aspects. The traditional attraction aspects felt like all the rest but I believe the South Node stuff and Descendant stuff are what made me go from saying 'I'd never settle down' to 'This thing is gonna be real long term'

The funny thing is we never quite get to settle down. So these aspects even at their extreme don't give a promise of anything. We kinda tend to cross paths and then have something stall everything.

He seemed like my soulmate in every single way including looking like and having the same interests as my fantasy guy, but I know I'm just being honest when I say that I was waaay more into him than vice versa. I feel like if we had spent more time together he would've been more interested in me since we had a lot of crazy aspects, but when it comes down to it, I approached him and was undeniably attracted to him instead of the other way around. The only thing I have in his 8th house is my jupiter in aries - which shares my first house along with my venus and asc.

I relate to all you say. This is me too, and I too have figured out that the key is a Scorpionic individual. Those are the aspects that get me.

I personally have my Venus/Pluto/Eros/Sappho/Cupid in Scorpio (in 12th house.) I have Jupiter in Cancer in my 8th house.

I unexpectedly met a man real recently (sadly it was only one night; never heard from him again) through mutual friends and he was a Saturn/Sun in Scorpio with Cancer Moon...Making exact conjunctions to my own Scorpio/Cancer placements. Never had I experienced passion and depth like I did when interacting with this man. The fact it was only a night seemed like a cruel joke! We didn't even have actual sex...the affects were profound. I have interacted with plenty of men, but this was just so...haunting, but deliciously so.
