I've always wanted to adopt kids. It's one of my future plans. Acc. to my knowledge, you have to look at the 11 house. I have venus in aquarius in 11 house.

I have Jupiter in the 11th in Pisces with Pisces also on the cusp. Neptune is in the 8th in Cap. Not sure what all this has to do with wanting to adopt though. Maybe it's the connection between the 8th & the 11th?
