As *more-than-friends* -- Scorp Venus.

Reasons? True to my Venus, I'm makin' a list:

• This is one of those rare placements that makes me trust them instinctively and immediately. I never doubt their loyalty (this I've felt only in one other case - someone's Saturn conjunct my Venus but with Venus in Scorp its way more intense and total). This is very unusual for me, ‘coz I’m (paranoid)^infinity.

• Our ideas of loyalty are the same, and we don't need to explain or verbalise these things to each other. (With other venuses, we have to go through some rounds of understanding each other’s value systems).

• They’re one of the few, or maybe the only Venuses that can keep up with, and at times even surpass Scorp mars levels of passion, intensity, crazy psycho-drama and all-round emotional voodoo.<*>

• Scorp Venus won’t bat an eye at things that would send others running for the hills. They can take it all in stride and then some.

• They're 200% in. Even if you can’t be *together*, for whatever reason(s), their love is deep and does not waver. If they’re not allowed to love the person they love, they will bear that pain in silence. They’ll stand by their beloved, with unflinching dedication.

• Lastly, and this may be a tad controversial – but it’s just one gal’s opinion, so putting it out there anyway. I think Scorp Venuses are the ones who truly understand unconditional love. I know, I know – that’s a Pisces Venus thing, traditionally. It’s a different tone with Pisces – they accept you for who you are, the way they think people should treat everyone. Also, sometimes they might not see your flaws so clearly through the lovely Neptune fog. Scorp Venus, on the other hand, goes one step further. They see you, all the way through. They don’t just accept, they love and cherish all of you. Even parts they claim to hate. Flaws and failings and deep chasms of psychosis. Yep, the whole package. It’s incredibly healing, to be loved like that.

I also know a Leo Sun with Venus and Cancer, she essential runs her partners Business with an iron fist.

Not all of her decisions are always correct, being a Leo she won't admit it when shes wrong.

Venus in Pisces is best, if paired with an Aquarius Sun.

They really are humanitarian with that mix.

Another problem with Venus in Cancer is
they can create a problem were there partner is codependent/dependent or they "mommy" to much.

Leaving there partner or children unable with the skills to tackle the problem on there own.

Again a control thing...

There are some good Venus Cancers, I know because my Mars in Cancer typical conjuncts Leo Suns who have Venus in Cancer.

But, control is a big thing for a lot of them.

3rd) Pisces - just a little bit too difficult to access and get them focused on me. It can be done and I've felt it. Lots of love to give, a lot, but they enjoy spreading it thin among many in more platonic ways.

2nd) Scorpio - I don't even have to try with them. They come like moths to a flame. Some are really jealous and some are not. All are very sexual and focused when in love. Sounds fabulous. I'm not as sexual as they are and I'm not as intense. Sometimes it's like being stuck in wet sand or thick mud. It's like, "Just loosen up a little. Give me a little wiggle room". Currently I'm with one and fortunately there's enough other things to balance that out.

Often, water placements aren't my thing, except for water mercury - well I don't mind any mercury placement. Earth, water, fire, air, I'm alright with them all.

But yeah, out of the three, I'd pick pisces venus. Partly because I have a thing for mutables, after cardinals (with the exception of cancer).

My mother and some relatives have pisces venus. While I don't get along well with them, I like certain aspects of their "love style".

I know people who have pisces venus, and I like the way they love. It's the gentle hazy/dreamy feel that I appreciate. I suppose if I were to be on the receiving end of such affection, it wouldn't be bad at all.

Scorpio venus, from what I've seen and experienced, nah. Same goes for cancer venus. The former triggered my needs to establish strict boundaries between me and them. The later, well my cancer chiron oppose a bunch of my cap placements, and my desc and sn are both in cancer, so I am weary of cancer energy in general. Connection with them is rough.

I actually seem to be attracted to fire Venus though, Leo and Sag in particular.
