I'm not a fan of water venuses because they too emotional.. but I'd go with Venus in Pisces. They're somehow more detached than Scorpio and Cancer.

I am VENUS in CANCER and I would be more happy VENUS if somewhere else, in some other sign!

Not sure if VENUS in SCORP is my favorite but I almost always end up in the emotional drama-rama with them, so often that i hardly had a chance to explore other, maybe for me more enjoyable VENUS signs.

I like Cancer Venus and Pisces(when they get out of their shells).I also like Venus in Scorpio.They are very good allies to have and can keep my secrets.

I like all three. Water Venuses have this genuine tenderness and sympathy which I personally am never able to see in Venus of other elements.

If I had to rank them I would say:
1. Scorpio
2. Pisces
3. Cancer

I highly stress that this is a very personal opinion.

I'm putting Cancer as the third because despite their warmth they can be very touchy and they tend to be motherly bossy.

I used to be very biased against Pisces Venus because a bad experience made me think of them as fickle but I've had an encounter with a Pisces Venus recently and it made me realize that they are actually very sweet and with the right placements they aren't necessarily fickle.

Putting Scorpio on the number on spot is subjective of me. I have very strong Scorpio influence which makes me take things very seriously. Scorpio Venus is the only Venus sign that comes close to what I consider correct in love. With other placements I can always find something to have a beef with. No matter how great they are something will always come up that I don't agree with. I know this is considered a flaw but when it comes to love and attitude towards love I can be very dogmatic and rarely tolerate something which rubs me the wrong way. Scorpio Venus' values that many consider possessive and stifling are the only ones that make me feel truly loved and cared for.

I love the way Venus in cancer coddled me, the way Venus in Scorpio turned everything into sexy steam, the way Pisces can be so accepting. I've had serious relationships with only those 3 and they all rocked.

Hmmm, I'm sensing a theme on here.

In contrast to water Mars people, I think water Venus people are usually pretty awesome. I think Venus, like the Moon, is best in water and earth.

Venus in Scorpio has to be my fave. They're just hot. But, Venus in Cancer is usually nice, too. They have a warm, cozy side to them.

Venus in Cancer is my ultimate favorite Venus placement. I haven't been with anyone with Scorpio or Pisces but even if I did I don't think it could compare to Cancer.

This guy that I am no longer with but will always miss/care about had it. I have such a connection with him and he always made me feel so loved. He would nurture me and cuddle me. I felt so protected. He was so gentle and always respected me.

Not to boast my own Venus but I *think* people I meet and know would say that:

I really (!) care
I always show affection
I dote
I take care of them
I try to solve their miseries
I am always willing to help a friend in need
I give massages, cook.
I am always the "balancing" one so if I sense there are insecurities about anything, or shyness, I really try to downplay it so they feel more comfortable OR I'll make myself appear as a complete idiot to take their minds off themselves.

Having said this though: I don't like Cancer Suns or Moons. Mars' are OK and I've dated quite many.
