I have Venus/Jupiter square but no where near promiscuous. It's not so smart to relate high drive with promiscuity. I think Venus/Jupiter gives increased appeal/drive in women and same for men when mars aspects Jupiter.
In general Jupiter/Venus gets into relationships easily

Seriously now, this is a valid clue because anatomically, extremities of the body tend to be proportionate to each other. Even if someone is not very tall or has a fragile body, you can notice if he has rather large hands and feet. And sometimes big, tall people have small hands and feet, hence...
