Same here #IC That is.

I think my family sees me as caring and open to hearing their problems.

My little sister, in particular, is a Scorpio Sun with many other personal planets there too and she seems to trust my opinion.

The ruler of my 4th house is in the 3rd house and so, it can explain why it is that I feel so "responsible" or wanting to "mother" my siblings.

I have a lot of siblings, and a lot of family "junk" mixed in it. They're all super annoyed by me lol See, they desire for me to be more involved, they always want to get me out and about to do family things. Whereas I am very introspective, dreamy and pretty much introverted. I love being at home, this is what makes me happy. They want to cling to me SO bad and look up to me for support in all shapes and forms.

My IC is Scorpio, and my family views and knows I'm a very private person, and my mother is always saying that I'm too deep, in that I always have to make a simple statement into a very deep and intricate topic or conversation.
(Although my Mars and Pluto are in Scorpio, while Pluto is in an angular house (4th House), so this adds to it.

But basically, I'm a very typical Libra Venus guy, except I don't like superficiality, and like an all-encompassing romance, giving the woman I truly love my full heart and mind, and expecting the same in return. My Sagittarius 5th House (with Juno there) and Aquarius 7th House explains a lot because I would like a true, intellectual relationship, in which we learn from each other and have an intellectual journey in life together

And I think our charts are literally the same just different moons and a 1 house difference as far as our planet placements haha

And yeah, mostly all of the same placements. I remember you have a Cancer Ascendant and a Leo Moon. I have a Leo Ascendant, but we both have Virgo and Leo out of the main three chart positions (Sun/Moon/Ascendant), so that probably makes us even more alike, haha

I'm often viewed as the peace-maker/mediator, nonchalant, easygoing one. I'm seldom involved in any drama or falling-outs, but I'm always the glue to piece everyone back together. Even though, 99% of the time, I couldn't give a rat's ass. If it's got nothing to do with me, it's not my business. Leave me out of it. I'm also viewed as a bit moody, because in my home, I do not hold back on my moods. Especially the bad ones. My roommates tend to wake me up in the middle of the night, crying, pouring their hearts out to me about so-and-so or this and that. I guess you could say I'm viewed as an emotional nurturer.

Haha it's ok, overlays are just where each of our planets fall into each others houses. Since our natal placements consist of the same signs pretty much, in a synastry overlay our planets just mutually end up in the same houses that we already have natally.
