Immediately I thought Moon/Mercury in aspect as well as maybe Venus in aspect with Mercury as he is very well spoken and constructs sentences well. It's not a usual thing with people his age.

When I watched his video, I realized just how seriously he takes himself.The video is a little bit comical,even theatrical,and one does not really take it seriously as it lacks solid reason for one to.

Saturn/Sun opposition in Fixed signs Leo/ Aquarius.

Saturn in Aquarius makes him intelligent, insightful and ,yes, a little "nerdy".

This opposition with Leo Sun(the jock/alpha male)makes integrating his need for physical dominance(Leo) with his intellectual brilliance(Aquarius) challenging.

Another way this aspect plays out is through the relationship with authority figures; an unending need to impress the difficult parent.

Saturn/Chiron is painful yes. But it's not insurmountable.

Here there is a need to be seen and loved(Leo), but the person that this need is projected on, doesn't care(Saturn). Or, even worse,just walks away!

I suspect that his Asc is in Libra. Asc is in Libra 7.58 or 7.59 because I suspect that birth time is 11:39 am in the morning; which puts Sun and Chiron on the Mid-heaven.

Chiron conjunct Sun on the MC suggests suggests a public persona(Sun) and wounds that are seen by the public(Chiron). Isn't this chillingly fitting?

Also, Chiron on the angles seems to suggest that bullying is often an issue in one's life. He often speaks of being ostracized and bullied by people during his school career. And I am sure that there are many other kids who look at his journal and empathize.

Mercury,Jupiter,Venus and Mars in 11th suggests a packed house and preoccupation with wanting friendships, acceptance, a club, a "brotherhood" and belonging.

Contrary to popular belief, having a packed house is not always good. It could indicate that the area of life concerned is a place of much disappointment/obsession. And nothing turns out nicely when we are preoccupied and obsessed with it.

The Ascendant in this degree of Libra also puts the Moon in the 3rd house(siblings). Saturn is in the 4th house as well as Uranus/Neptune joining in but squaring natal Asc; constant adjustments to changes in the home life and living environment.It also indicates a solitary existence or feeling "alone".

Asc in Libra would also make Venus the chart ruler; his crime was that of social rejection(specifically by females-Venus) and feeling that his sexual needs were not validated(Mars)- making him feel less of a "man".

Also,with the Mars transiting his Asc, the violent acts on others(females/7th house partners/Libra) as well as on himself(1st house Libra/Mars trans)would suggest this.

It's interesting that he attacked both males and females and, to me,this is because of the in-conjunct aspect between trans Nep in Pisces and Mars in Libra.

The transit of Neptune opposing his natal Mars and Venus suggests that he came to a point where he saw the anger of Mars being exacted to both; male(Mars)& female(Venus).

This is also further emphasized by the opposition aspect of transiting Moon(female) in Aries/ Mars(Male) in Libra on the day of the shooting. This is only valid,of-course, if the attack was before noon.

Mars is all about action and when sitting on the 1st house, it can mean the action is swift and,sometimes, bloody.

Then Cancer 7th house - I just read his manifesto and I get the idea he really wanted and needed someone who would coddle over him. He often talk about having had the urge to cry because of others (7th Cancer) but would hide it and put up a tough face (Capricorn). And it'd put Pluto in his 11th house, Rx, which probably describes his endless conflicts while trying to fit in. Plus the Pluto obsession.
