I would study your 6th house, the cusp and what sign it falls in, if you have any planets in your 6th and their rulers. Also look at the aspects that any 6th house planets make.

Also, we're all pretty visual people - or at least I am - so posting your chart might be helpful, too.

Very true that is how I feel too, I have witnessed it with my husband who has sidereal MOON in Gemini and several planets in the 6th house including PLUTO! and he is more virgo than I will ever be!!

Yep. I read an astrology article somewhere online that the most common trait among healthcare workers, in regard to their birth charts, is 6th house placements. Which makes sense... 6th house people have that innate urge/need to help or care for people, whereas a Virgo with no 6th house placements could be just as happy mastering a skill in a different field.

I am a Sun virgo here conjunct MC with Northnode in gemini in the 6th conjunct DC and I am a mental health counselor but its really rough on me and I always second guessing myself but at the end of the day I get feedback that indicates I am doing something right but still its rough but at times gratifying. The thing is that I can't see myself doing anything else except perhaps owning and managing my own business of candles and creams...that would be sooooooooo cool, LOL.

I only have northnode in the 6th square mercury rx ruler of the 7th, this is not a step I should skip I suppose.

Same here. I have a Virgo stellium and a busy 6th house (Jupiter and Venus). I work in healthcare too, but I'm always questioning whether or not it's the right area for me. It can be a rough field to work in at times. I dream about starting my own business during my lunch break lol.

My husband has Aries Mercury 1H and he sometimes makes me study his chart one more time just IN CASE he's actually a Gemini... :-/ He's mercurial on steroids! Hard to keep up with him.

Virgo on steroids! Damn, you said it Starlight. I immediately though of Christian Bale in American Psycho. Yeah, some Aquas are like that. My flatmate included.
