Or thoughts I guess... That too.

I'm thinking mercury in 12 which I have and Neptune aspect to mercury. (which I don't have, but very close)

What do you think?

Example... And this is a confession that, Idk why I'm telling you.... I don't tell anyone except barbiegirl19. No one else.

One is, sometimes I get visions. I don't mean in a prophetic sense at all. Just visions. As if someone just turned on a movie without your permission. Not hallucinating either. It's imaginative only.
Many times they are quite disturbing and I'll just leave it at that. Mid conversation or at any time.

Secondly,
When I hear/read about something. I always see it. And sometimes things that I'd rather not "see". But regardless, I just see what I'm being told.
So like... AG with his meeting up with two women. I SEE AG meeting up with two women at like... A Wendy's or something.

Anyone experience this?
Agree mercury 12, mercury/neptune?

Visions of what? The future? Or???

I have similar experiences, except they're more sound-wise. I usually don't tell people because I'm 99.9% sure they'll think I'm crazy or lying.

I have Mercury in 12th, square Uranus/Neptune, both at 3 degrees.

Could be normal visualising combined with a bit of obsession. Do you have any degree of OCD? While we can disprove the existence of 'pure O' (obsession) there's still very much the component of 'pure obsession' in certain types of obsessive-compulsive issues.

There's also the factor of synaesthesia, which I'm less likely to suspect. But if you 'see' colours, or 'hear' pictures and so forth -- that might be a feature. Most commonly, some will see musical notes, or letters and numbers appear to always be particular colours. And so on.

I'm fascinated with synaesthesia, have watch documentaries etc. So I'm familiar and you're right. It's not that.
Could Pluto 1st on asc do it? Bringing extremism, death and rebirth, obsession to the forefront?
Problem is I know people without that placement (pluto) who experience similar.

Or, certain Scorpio placements? I only have Uranus but my Pluto may count.

Hmmmm....

I'm still thinking mercury in 12 or Neptune aspect. I wonder if others will chime in who have either the symptoms or aspect.

I think I get what your talking about, maybe?
I see things as I read or as ppl talk or tell stories, like I'm watching a movie.
If someone is giving me directions as they talk my mind is traveling down the roads and making the turns.
I'd think id be lost without this.
I visualize everything...I guess Ive always assumed that was normal and the way everyone thought.
I do have a tendency to visualize things before they happen but I think it's just from common sense or maybe subconsciously I pick up on patterns regarding how things will happen, and my mind plays it out before based on that.
My pisces Pallas is exact opposed my 12th house Moon. Pallas does deal with patterns, then it being in pisces would add the subconscious mind to the mix. This opposed my 12th house virgo Moon, the virgo moon in 12th will bring the subconscious close to the conscious mind.

My mind used to sometimes take off by itself and id see memories from childhood, things id blocked out. They would start flashing through my head so fast I couldn't make out what was happening...it was scary and out of control, id start crying. I could hear things and recognize flashes of certain ppl but nothing was clear enough to make out. I know it only lasted seconds but it felt like it was never going to end and would never get control back of my mind. Then it would stop as quickly as it started. I think Neptune in 3rd makes for some odd occurrences in the mind!

Someone mentioned OCD, I used to deal with some obsessive tendencies, a lot of fear if I didn't get things done, "appropriately" I've let go of a lot of fears and that has released some of my obsessive tendencies.
If always assumed it was my Merc conjunct Neptune in my 3rd. But I do have a 12th house virgo moon, it could be that also.
Uranus scorp@4.44 only aspects my Mars and Saturn 9th house Mars gem@29.33rx, kind of far and out of sign trine
Saturn leo@2.50, square

I'd always thought the way my mind worked was due to my Sun/Merc/Nep stellium in 3rd....it seems a bit crazy at times, like ADD, with flashes of insight at times!!

Gabby,

Very interesting!
Merc/neptune as well as 12th moon.
I do have Neptune in third also and if anyone follows asteroids it is conjunct kaali. Square Venus in 12.

It's like when you daydream really..
It's just that you don't get to control when it happens or what it shows.
Exception being in cases like that.
Instructions or a story.

I've a heavy 12th house, with Sun, Mercury, and Venus in it. I also (allegedly) have an Aries stellium in my 12th house.

I don't have Mercury aspecting Neptune, but it semi-squares Saturn, opposes Jupiter, and conjuncts Venus.

I don't claim to be psychic, because if I were, I would have won the lottery by now, but I'm usually really intuitive with things. I normally will say, for example, "Wow, I can't believe Chris and Michelle are still together." A week or so later, they'll break up. It always happens that way. At first, I thought it was coincidence, but it's happened too frequently to be that.

As for being visual, I am very visual. Many people complain that it seems like I'm zoning out or not paying attention to what they're saying, but I am; I'm just imaging your scenario or story to understand it better. Sometimes, it's a curse, because I have very close friendships and we like to discuss sex lives.. Other times, it helps when I have to be empathic or put myself in someone else's shoes, or even understand what you're trying to explain to me.

I do the exact same with your example given meeting up at Wendy's; if you don't give me the background, I'll create one. I have to complete the vision lol. I daydream all the time, too. Used to get me in trouble in elementary school.

Neptune conjunct Kaali, wow!! That makes for a very strong Neptune, and then in 3rd it would amplify Neptune's energy and the affect it has on how your mind works or how you think.

My Kaali is conjunct Uranus....lol...it's only semi sextile Neptune/Merc, that's an aspect that adds a nice blending of energies. Kaali conjunct would be quite extreme as Kaali breathes your full life force into anything it touches, for good or bad.

My daughter has Neptune in 3rd also, she deals with the same kind of things...we are both a little odd in the way we think, but we can nearly read each other's minds!
We practice reading each other's energy, she will hide things around the house and then I will walk with her as she thinks about where she hid it...with my eyes closed I practice feeling her energy and allow it to guide me to find her hiding spot. This is the gift of Neptune in 3rd imo...but having a hard time feeling normal is the curse, imo.

ADD or zoning out seems to be a common side effect of
Neptune/Mercury contacts, Mercury in 12th would act similar to Neptune in 3rd.

I zone out a lot. I worried I had ADD for a while, but realized I'm more of a hypochondriac than anything else lol

I definitely zone out

DF, yes, I do the same; visualize the situation when being told a story.

Mercury conjunct Neptune in Capricorn at 0.14 degrees (my tightest aspect)

I also have Sun, Uranus and Saturn in my 12th house. Uranus rules my 3rd house.

Edit: I never get visions, though

Lol, that's funny!! At least your honest with yourself about it!
Sometimes Neptune's delusions are fun and sometimes not, I don't think if enjoy the hypochondriac energy. I've wondered if extremely afflicted Neptune/Mercury aspects or 3rd/12th house rulers could be to blame for Schizophrenia....I don't have enough charts of ppl with schizophrenia to research and find out.

I heard Hitler was a schizo, if that helps lol. But he had many other issues so I don't think that'd be a credible study. I agree that with heavy Neptune in general, being a hypochondriac would be terrible. Some diseases can actually be brought on by just imagining them. The mind is very powerful.. So that would kind of be a "which came first?" scenario; the disease or the worry of the disease, eventually creating it.

Edit: I also found threads about mental disease and schizophrenia on here. Google search it with "lindaland" after it, if you've got time! It was interesting.

I get "chills" or "goose bumps" a lot if I hear a story that moves me or intrigues me greatly.

Very good point in that if the story is incomplete in any way... I'll fill in the details myself. Being aware that I did that though.

What sucks the most... Enough to make me cry (I don't though).
Is... I feel that if I could somehow tap into all of this. I think that I could write some crazy awesome books... Or just stories. Short stories maybe.
I have moon ninth too! (publishing)
It's like I have all of these crazy, insane, creative thoughts, images, ideas, etc and for some stupid reason I can't actually GET IT OUT, you know? Grrrrrr
It's all stuck in there and I'm the only one that sees it.

Oh well.

I can relate to a lot of things said here, and I have Moon/Mars/SN in 12th. I usually notice a lot of synchronicities in my life, and I will typically see that things I think of/talk about, or others do, will come true a lot of the time, or play out the way I imagined. I'm super good at zoning out a lot lol. Sometimes to the point where I'm annoyed with myself. When somebody is talking to me or telling me a story, my mind can very easily drift away even though I look like I'm paying attention. I often surprise myself with how composed and interested I can appear, but know that a part of my mind is totally somewhere else, or thinking about random stuff.

So you're telling me I'm not completely crazy? Yeah, this weirdly has happened to me too.

Edit: to stay on topic, I have had situations where I dream about something and then it will happen weeks, months, or years later.

Maybe singleton Pisces moon? Nothing else stands out in my chart.

I so know what you mean!

Mine are often disturbing in nature... So, I hope they never come true! lol

My mercury conjuncts Mars in 12.
3 degrees

Maybe that explains the violence of my random visions.
Well... Intrusive thoughts I've heard them called.

I should be clear here also.
They are NOT urges. They are actually disturbing to have.

Just so people are aware of that.

You should sit down and try to force it....I bet it would be amazing stuff.
I feel that same way at times, but I stop myself because I'm not sure how much sense I would make or if it would be interesting ...12th house writing seem to make is so vulnerable and exposed, and I guess doubting the things that come from the 12th house is somewhat common, it's hard to make those things tangible... we must just try to push through that.
My gemini mars is in 9th, almost unaspected, except that out of sign trine to scorp Uranus in 2nd.....I have written stories before, I prefer non-fiction though.

Lol....I totally relate!!
I have learned to force myself to repeat what they say in my head when I find I have zoned out.
What's crazy is even though I don't consciously hear them usually I can pull up what they said, it's like my mind recorded it even though I wasn't paying attention or I thought I wasn't paying attention.
