I really don't believe people have to be punished to get a reward. That just doesn't set well with me just as the idea that people are punished by God doesn't set well with me either.

I think people and situations in life can teach us lessons, but not the planets or deities.

Maybe if I really knew anything about astrology during my Saturn return, I could have been able to brace myself or learn how to work with it. ???

Maybe there were strong squares or other issues? Perhaps I will pull my natal chart with transits for the 3x my return was "exact" (because of retrogrades, of course).

I've already determined my next return will hit from age 58-60. I am so NOT looking forward to that! (but thankfully, it only hits exact 1x instead of 3x!)

I was just on that site, using this - http://saturnreturnstories.com/2012/08/14/how-to-calculate-your-saturn-return/

I was born at 4:45am.

In my natal chart, I have Saturn in H1 making aspects to Moon, Mercury, Venus, the MC & Nepture. Maybe that's why it's so rough on me?

Because Jupiter expands. Reverse polarities have to exist.

Saturn must restrict just as much as Jupiter must unrestrict..

That's what it's here to do. You may hate Saturn more if it didn't exist. Think about that

Sometimes Limitation brings freedom.
I do not mean to say like people who had bad time deserves bad time. Persistence is very important in whatever you do.
