Example (someone says to me):

Charlie? I never know where I have you!
Charlie? I never know what you're gonna do!
Charlie? I never know what you are up to!!!
Charlie? I never know what you're gonna say! Can't take you anywhere!!

But poor Charlie feels sad because of this because all she's ever done is pretty much nothing!

People I have only known for 1-2 weeks can say this when I have barely uttered A, B or F :-/

So it must be something I radiate that makes people project their own issues (what THEY are doing)!?

I'm gonna go with the bunch in progressed 12th. Natally, I have Sun, Venus, Mars, and Mercury in 12th. Mercury is 12th ruler and in 12th, so my 12th house is very felt. I am constantly being used by others as their scapegoat. It happens with everyone I know... family, friends, even people I barely know. It used to annoy me to no end, but I got so used to it that it doesn't bother me at all now. Now, I actually find it amusing because it's so reliable and consistent.

I don't know exactly what it is about 12th house energy that causes it. I'd love it if someone could put it into practical terms for me. It just seems very easy and natural for people to project stuff onto me and use me as their go to excuse for their own problems. It's not always big things, either. It can be small things.

Like, say we're going to the movies, and they will be finishing up something they are doing. I'll say, "We should get going so we're not late for the movie." They'll say, "OK, gimme just a minute to finish this (whatever it is)." I'll say, "OK, no problem." Then, they'll take too long and make us a few minutes late. Here's where it gets good... They'll get annoyed at me! They'll say, "Why didn't you tell me to hurry sooner. You didn't give me enough time to finish what I was doing faster. If you had told me earlier I would have hurried sooner."

I'm not even kidding! That's the kind of stuff I deal with constantly. I used to get inflamed about it. I'd waste my breath trying to get them to see their own fault in it. I felt like I was being wrong to them not making them take responsibly for their own actions. That just causes too many arguments, though. Now, I usually just laugh inside and let it go.
