I don't know if this is related or something else but I also notice he's very awkward. Not like in an autistic way, he just doesn't seem to understand personal space boundaries.

For example, he stands right up in your face to speak to you. I've tried for MANY years to help him understand that some people need at least an arm's length of separation, but it goes in one ear and out the other.

I worry that when he's older someone is going to push him away and trigger his temper, leading to a physical fight. Or worse, his closeness to a female will be misconstrued as some type of sexual harassment.

I can definitely see this, Ami. I can imagine that some individuals with this placement have fluctuating egos/ego drives, which I was kind of getting at before. Fluctuating self-confidence and sense of self, which I've experienced too. Like the ego is very, very sensitive sometimes, and more vulnerable to criticism!

I have an unaspected Mars. I don't have anger management issues, because.. I rarely get angry! Or better, I cannot show my anger, it stays inside. So, when something/someone angers me I work it by myself and it usually turns into hurt feelings.
So for me, unaspected Mars means I always have to find an outlet for my Mars energies as it doesn't react readily.
I think having my Mars aspected by synastric aspects offers a natural release that I really need.

What about physical manifestations of unaspected Mars?
How should I look like?

My sun has no aspects but a close conjunction with my asc and a wide (6 degrees) square with my moon
My moon has no ascpects but that wide square with my sun and a semi-square with my mars.

No, it means you have a Sun-Moon duet - which is 2 planets in aspect only with themselves and not with the rest of the chart. They become isolated from the rest of the chart, alike an unaspected planet, and are furthermore enhanced because of that. Astrologers say they behave like unaspected planets but technically, the definition is "duet".

6 degrees is too narrow for a truly Unaspected planet but *I* believe there are semi Unaspected planets which behave like Unaspected planets. I came to this conclusion from seeing this in doing charts, E1
