It's even worse now that Uranus and Pluto aspects the T-square. Uranus-especially- forms a kite by adding the 12th house into the mix.

So far, i stay up late at night and read a lot.The other thing I do is take sporadic trips to anywhere. Try and get out of my head.

My Mercury is part of a T-square too. Which I've always struggled to understand. You're statement does ring true, and has given me a lot to chew on. Thank you.

Oops, the posting went wonky, and the above double posted... never mind this accidental post.

DF,
Lmao when I read your post...little terrier dog on crack. I totally relate, Virgo ASC, Moon, SN and Pluto. Don't give up on meditating. I was like you and thought I couldn't do it. I took an eight week course to learn about itand it has changed my life. You just need to keep practicing and don't give up when the mind tries to fight it. You need to do it every day for a while to get used to it. Mantra's work well because they give your mind something to do.

I second the magnesium advice, too. You can also look for chelated magnesium. It's great to take before bed.

Good luck!

Or something along those lines.
Something that "frees" me.

It's like there's all this stuff coming in and not much going out. A lot being pulled in to be interpreted and an analyzed but it never comes out. I don't express my analysis or things of that nature.

Things need to come out, even if I wrote what I've analyzed out on paper, like a journal.
I need to vent out. It becomes like a pressure cooker in my head.

Which you've all said but today it just hit me like ah-ha!

Please take no offense, but it sounds like this could get quite obsessive. But Pluto wants what he wants.
Sorry, I just feel I should express a caution. By all means, do what suits you best. I must say you are a good writer. You express yourself with such imagery, with what I've read. Just keep hold of the reins.

^^^

Maybe.
Barbie likes to paint. I once suggested to her that we do that. I draw or write while she paints.

Idk... We'll see what happens.

I got into exercise once and it became obsession. I would turn down going out etc to go exercise.

That's funny because time and time again astrologers tell me that writing is my gift, or could be. A psychic who was quite accurate said something sort of similar.

I really don't see it. I don't see any talent or real opportunity in expressing myself in an "artful" way. Writing, drawing, etc.

Lol, Might be because you're just being you. And it just seems, usual/run of the mill, to you. I'm no expert by far, I do like to read though. I see talent.
