Oh, so then you have 12th house, intercepted in Virgo, correct? I haven't read about that, I just know what it is. Anyway, I was just trying to figure it out. LOL IP: Logged |

Aries sun with Leo intercepted and in the eleventh house, too. Interesting combination! IP: Logged |

Scorpio on the 12th [and Pluto there] has led me to be capable of major psychological and physical transformation [Pluto trines Mars too]; I am able to look deep within myself and realize what I have to change. However, I still struggle with serious self-destruction and self-sabotage. Sex has been a murky and painful topic for me and I have sexual trauma. Interestingly, I do not get along well with many Scorpio Suns. IP: Logged |

Okay this is interesting because your 12th is fixed just like mine, but I noticed there's some (if not the majority) of people here who say they get along best with their 12th house sign. I wonder how element plays into it? Like maybe those with fixed sign on their 12th won't get along with them, but all the other elements are easier to manage or compromise with. Taurus on my 12th, and Venus in my 11th - Taurus' have always struck me as weird people and that they have secret habits they don't share with a lot of people. I don't know. I connect with them fast it seems but eventually they get on my nerves and I cut them off. IP: Logged |

Because sun and moon are so important and they are ruled by them so having either on the cusp of twelve would compromise sun or moon. It's only a compromise if you do not learn to navigate the twelfth house though and get into trouble or trip yourself up over and over. IP: Logged |

I'm sorry you can relate. :'/ It's not an easy placement, Pluto in the 12th... I can imagine Saturn here would be difficult, too. For me, I've just found that Scorpio Suns get under my skin. I don't understand where they are coming from at all. I am easily frustrated by their behaviors...I feel that, like you wrote, it may be that they are presenting behaviors I may subconsciously also present. So, seeing my own undesirable traits [secretive, controlling, etc.] bothers the hell out of me, I think. I feel every Scorpio Sun who has bothered me the most has landed in my 12th instead of my 11th; even worse if their Sun is on my Pluto. Maybe this relates to the issue at hand described above? quote: Originally posted by hannaramaa: Okay this is interesting because your 12th is fixed just like mine, but I noticed there's some (if not the majority) of people here who say they get along best with their 12th house sign. I agree, this is quite interesting... perhaps those with a Fixed sign on the 12th struggle with the 12th house sign because of ego challenges? I've found this to be a MAJOR reason I do not get along well with Scorp Suns, especially when their Suns land in my 12th and/or touch my Pluto. But mainly when their Suns conjunct my Pluto! It's a competition between us, a tenseness that never fades...a total challenge to each other's egos. That's very 'Fixed' too. Since the ruler of my 12th is actually in my 12th house, I feel like this makes it even worse! Many Scorpio Suns I've met have tried to psychoanalyze and probe me and it has ****** me off because it was not done out of empathy, to help me see what I need to change... it was to try to use the information against me, as if to taunt me about my deepest hurts and flaws, no joke. It has happened on 2 separate occasions, one with my own father. IP: Logged |

@Sweet-Scorpion - yes! You hit the nail on the head sooooo well! "They try to probe me and its not to show me what I need to change". That is exactly how I fele about my former Taurus friend! Like over time I started realizing and finding her incessant questioning (she has Mercury/Pluto AND Gemini mercury. Try that on for size...) annoying and nosy, not helpful. So we can agree that 12th house people (the sign that rules your 12th house) want to see inside YOUR issues. Or things you'd rather keep private. IP: Logged |

So that implies we're kinda nosy? I think I am somewhat nosy but not a gossipy type. I respect people's privacy. I don't like listening to people gossip about stuff in public especially about someone who isn't there. I do wonder about people's psychology and what compels them to act and say what they do, but I thought that was my active eighth house. IP: Logged |

Same here. I want recognition and attention but my Virgo rising nature just makes me become that person that does all the hard work in the background. In relationships I want to be the one catered to, the one that is loved more, but I always end up being the one that is in service to the other person and the one that loves more. Also I have a hard time just being in a relationship and letting it be, having fun and having that Leo/5th house type of relationship... it becomes all about what I can do for he other person, how I can take care of them. Interesting, I naturally kind of soak in moods and I think thoughts around me. I often want to know everyone's secrets. All of them! But, I have several things in my chart that point to this. Interesting point. I wonder about other strong 12 people. IP: Logged |

Oh, I don't like Virgo energy generally. My friend is Virgo but his moon conjuncts mine in gem. I think that's the key with us. IP: Logged |

I'm glad what I wrote makes sense and resonates with you. I feel like not ALL contacts we make with our 12th house sign will be negative, but for me, it is difficult not to be a little wary of someone who has his/her Sun in my 12th if our synastry is not compassionate and well-aspected. That always is a red flag to me. It's that we for me and my dad - a very bad synastry, so his Sun in my 12th is not a good thing. Your friend sounds like quite the handful, LOL! I imagine... a chatterbox but sometimes too blunt, maybe too intense when it comes to touchy topics? IP: Logged |

Could you explain why or show me a good link? Cancer is on the cusp of my 12th. EDIT: Nevermind... already explained above. IP: Logged |

@ Mercurian IntellectI found something re: Cancer 12th house cusp "Cancer on the cusp of the 12th is very like having the Moon in the 12th or even like having the Moon in a Balsamic phase. You hide your emotions as much as possible and this may very well be the scene of your undoing. You feel often as if you are taken for granted or misunderstood, but that is because you have so much trouble expressing your emotional needs. This may also give you a “whatever” air when it comes to others or a “poor me” outlook when it comes to imagined or real slights. Yet for all that you are generous- but do have problems letting reciprocal generosity into your life." http://jotracey.com.au/sense-and-sensibility-cancer-through-the-houses-pt-2/ I relate to this part: "You feel often as if you are taken for granted or misunderstood, but that is because you have so much trouble expressing your emotional need." However, I think I express myself quite clearly but I feel I am continuously ignored. Maybe I don't communicate my needs very well. ??? IP: Logged |

I vaguely remember reading somewhere that your 12 house sign represents who you were in a past life. The lessons you've learned to become your rising sign.It kinda makes sense that I was an ultra Leo in a past life. Admired and in the spotlight, my accomplishments recognized. Basking in the sun, being catered to. So I had to learn to be more humble and serving in this life. A Virgo rising that feels uncomfortable with seeking the spotlight due to a subconscious sense of my karmic lessons and of my purpose here. And later I will be reborn as a libra type, seeking the balance between everything, receiving and giving. Selfishness and selflessness. Fun and duty. My sun is in detriment in Aquarius. Furthering the idea that my purpose isn't to focus on myself and my ego, but on the bigger picture or other people. But it is placed in the 5th house, a shadow of my former life maybe and maybe is is my Leo's make me so uncomfortable, because to me they represent a past life version of myself that I had to get over. And since you've lived the life of your 12th house sign, that is why you can see through their ******** so quickly. IP: Logged |

No. I think what annoyed me was her Sun, which undoubtedly was in my 12th and maybe next to my Mars?, but anyway her Sun was in Taurus and they're pushy. So being pushy and then having the probing mind of Gemini and Mercury / Pluto - very annoying for me who's Mars is in there and I like to be private and am not used to having to explain why I do anything, to anyone.

Haha You'd hate me then! Mercury/virgo/gemini/pluto person. How about this. With Barbie having her sun, moon, and Jupiter in there I can't hide anything if I try! She just "knows". It's crazy. lol IP: Logged |
