My heart awakening came first. I was going through a rough time in my Life, and I began to have realizations and insight to the important things in life.

One day I began to experience an intense pain in the heart area of my chest. I felt one move and it would pop. I went to the doctor, and they said I was perfectly healthy. I went SEVERAL times in different locations and every conclusion was the same.

The biggest phenomenon was the crown chakra activation. According to various websites, my crown chakra is highly active and I must agree. Over the past months I began to feel intense stress in certain areas of my skull I never usually feel them in. It felt like someone took a dagger and began poking different areas of my brain front to back. This wasn't a headache or any of the likes. I went to the doctor several tunes in fear of a disease. And once again I was spotless

I'm not saying these are guaranteeing signs, but according to the signs that has happened at those amazing particular time. I believe they count for something.

But things changed for me in 2012. I started having visions. Weird sensations in body. Weird coincidences. Weird dreams. Heart palpitations. Tingling in neck, hands. Went to doc but nothing. After 3 months of that I ended up in ER because I honestly thought I'd lost it.

Fast forward to now: I still get tinglings around neck/head but instead of making me hysterical I now get calm, sort of.

I also dream. Reality dreams. 5 days ago I dreamt about a city being flooded by water and 2 nights after we had one of the worst storms this city has EVER seen.

I don't know because I am not well read on subject. All I know is that weird things went down with me and now I am just different. The same, but more "open" somehow. Same-different. Not much is easily hidden from me and it's as if it just gets siphoned through my mind and body and I get taken along for the ride.

I'm the same as you KarmicMoon. Ever since my Kundalini awakening in February 2012, it's just steadily become more frequent to the point where now it's multiple times throughout the day, every day. My heart chakra opens constantly, and my heart feels like it could just burst with love. It was triggered by T, and it's strongest when I think of him, to the point of having trouble catching my breath sometimes. It's not just then, though. I feel more loving toward everyone, people in general. I feel full of this deep, deep empathy for my fellow humans, those who are living through our human condition. I'm more sympathetic toward other's humanity. My charitable acts have increased.

It's severely decreased my ability to feel judgemental. I feel like we're all in this shared great struggle of "being human". All of these feelings began when I first saw T and my Kundalini Rise happened and my heart chakra was opened.

It also triggered my third eye to become very, very active, as well as my crown chakra. It's not only when I think of him, but that's when it's strongest by far. I have to be careful because sometimes the feelings of bliss, euphoria, and spiritual ecstasy can get so strong that I can just "bliss out". I have to keep myself spiritually grounded.

Just awakening periods. Understanding the meaning of Love and Life. I even wrote an entire book on it. I realized Chakras open and balance during low points in life

I'm into astrology and numerology. I love science in general because science opens the doors to understanding the connecting between spirit and matter (I'm not into Scientology btw)

BRO! When I felt those pains in my head, it LITERALLY felt like my brain was doing backflips and was moving. When if happened I felt a FLUSH of a warm and tingling sensation down my skull to my face down to my body. I began shivering and everything. I thought I was having some kind of attack but the doctor said I was perfectly fine! Plus I was 22 when it happened so I felt weird for it to be happening so young. My crown and third eye have always been highly active (Aquarius rising here) and people always told me since I was young that I had a great gift of insight. So maybe it's related?
