I've noticed that men with taurus sun act like like girls and are girly.

The way the laugh, walk, talk. They act like they're fragile.

I think it's cute.

I know 3 taurus men, 2 with their sun in it, the other with the moon.

The sun ones are more girly in nature, and the moon one acts girly on occasions.

I don't know if they realize it or not lol.

But they're not necessarily gay. I don't think they're gay, it's just in their nature.

What are your experiences with Taurus men, what do you think about them, do you agree with this or not?

Thanks xx

lol reminds me of one Taurus male friend I have
his Facebook posts are filled with one of those fairy tale relationship memes or something along that line
like relationship rule #1 love her no matter what
or like relationship rule #41237 if you love her you can talk to her 24/7
and so on

But I've seen many Taurus guys who aren't girly as well xD

Sigh!

I look forward to the day when being "girly" is not perceived as a weakness.

Asc Taurus here,Mars in Libra and 3 planets in the 7th house(including Venus).

I love "macho" related stuff like contact sports and running around throwing ball etc. But I am also very feminine. In that,I am quite soft.

Libras I know do not have the same "like" for these kind of things or may not even care for them, but I think that they should be included herein. They also tend to act soft.

But I have noticed that people with Venus-heavy chart have this emphasis on femininity and softness that becomes even more pronounced, than just the Sun/Moon placement being in Libra/Taurus.

By "Venus heavy",I mean;

-Venus on the angle(1,4,7,and 10th)
-Unaspected Venus
-Venus strongly aspected
-Strong emphasis of Venus-ruled planets; Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus and Mars
-Strong emphasis on 2nd house/7th house placements

Venus tends to "soften" people and even the ones that have heavy Venus and don't act "feminine/soft" externally, do have "tell tale" signs.

A Venus heavy guy may, for instance, like playing rugby and doing physical things that have a "masculine" association.

But you will notice the "Venus touch" when they take a shower with a freshly scented shower gel, lotion their body with "soft to the touch" cocoa butter or put on underwear/clothes that are well-fitted and accentuates certain beautiful physical features.

That's Venus.

For anyone who is interestd, you should check out porn star legend Brian Pumper's birth chart. Now that is a typical Venus guy.

The emphasis of Venus placements on his chart are so mind-blowing that finding the Asc seems unnecessary.

He looks, sounds and acts like the typical Venusian man. And I think he is flat out gorgeous.

I am a taurus moon and have venus on the ascendant and I would not describe myself as "girly". I'm very masculine in the way I look, dress, and act. However, I would describe myself as sensual and I do have a romantic streak. I like wearing cologne because I like to smell good and I like to burn candles in my home so my home smells good. These are a few habits that I have that some might describe as "girly".The thing with taurus moons is our emotional well being is very tied up in our 5 senses. We like things that look good, smell good, feel good, taste good, and sound good. If liking the good things in life is viewed as feminine I don't really give a sh*t. I think it's pretty silly.

I don't know hey. The quick defense of associating that nature with being gay- sounds like the latter identity would cement that "girlishness".

And we all know just how "weak" society sees people perceived to be gay.

"Don't be a girl", "That's so gay","You acting like a b***", "I want my guys more manly!", "He is such a girl. What a turnoff! " etc.

But onward with the discussion. It' just my thoughts.

What I hate more than anything is how anything that is perceived as a "feel good" thing is seen as the territory of women. Things like enjoying pretty music, comfortable clothes/furniture,enjoying art or anything else that is pretty, or anything that smells good etc. are seen as feminine. The only "feel good" things that men are allowed to enjoy are food and sex, that's pretty much it. And people will try to say "bu bu bu bu bu but it's the patriarchy" which is a crock of shite because women are just as responsible for enforcing this way of thinking. IMO "feel good" things are gender neutral because everyone likes to feel good.

Oh bravo!!

Its tragic how limited men are in having to express themselves. They can't dance a certain way because it may considered too "girly", they can't run a certain way because that's "gay" etc.

I am slowly doing away with all that as I grow older. When i was younger, I bought into all the bull** because I was soft, was gentle and did appreciate the Arts.

But I also loved sports, loved the "rough and tumble". But felt very conflicted with what was expected of me,how I was "supposed" to behave etc. That I had to choose between the two.As if they were mutually excusive

But I think I may have misjudged MiaPluto'sintent for this thread. It was NOT meant to bash femininity in guys(Taurus men in particular)but to highlight the "ease" of its expression in Venus-ruled people.

Is that not so MiaPluto?

I never met all taurus guys in the world. But the ones are know are girly.

Of course you don't necessarily have to be girly! I was talking about my personal experience with them.

And there's absolutely no problem if a guy likes more Venusian things because that's actually very nice as opposed to guys who are unhygienic and rude.

xx

I hate society for doing that. It has come to such a point that guys are afraid to even to handshake. lol.

Be who you are, because what society think is "cool" or whatever is all a matter of perception, and it's an illusion. The meaning of not only non-verbal social rules, but beauty, style, etc keep changing with time.

If we spend most of our lives to just "fit in", instead of doing anything else, (because anything else would be more time worthy), we have a very sad life.

Hi Aries

You're right. I have absolutely no problem with guys showing their feminine side. Because everyone have both feminine and masculine sides, both girls and guys.

As I said, I think they're cute if they're a bit girly, and it's not a turn off.

xx

A prominent Luna in a male's chart would signify much more inclination to feminine habits and traits than a prominent Venus. A man with Moon-AC is more soft and sensitive than a man with Venus-AC. Likewise with Sun-AC and Mars-AC women.

My new found soulmate is extremely venusian..
Libra Asc, Taurus Sun/moon/merc/vertex and 7h Sun/Mars(in aries) and I dont find him "girly" at all. He likes to look good (and boy does he ) and he appreciates Venusian things.. But I definitely would never think of him as "feminine."

My brother is a taurus sun, too. And he is one of the most manly men ive ever met...

I guess I just dont see it.

Though he has Libra Asc and all the aforementioned stuff, the more "prominent" things you notice are not feminine.

He has Sun/Mars on the angle. Mars on the angle suggests someone who is more aggressive and assertive. Some one with prominent "Aries" traits.

Sun there could be why he likes to look good and have people falling all over themselves to see him LOL.

Sun on the angle always adds a very "Leo" quality to the person.

I'm a Taurus Moon, Taurus asc, Taurus mars and taurus mercury. Gemini sun conjunct venus in 2nd house.

I would not say i act feminine in any way really, nor do i look so; i'm muscular, my face is quite rugged, altough i do have long eyelashes and full lips.

However as many people have said above, i DO enjoy the good things in life, especially anything physical; be it beauty, sex, food, nice smells etc. anything that stimulates the senses.

I also like to draw, it's fun and relaxing and i like wering nice clothes and look good in general(i cut my own hair because i dont trust barbers to invest enough in it lol).

But imo none of these things are feminine, they are gender neutral. venus likes to look good and feel good, it has nothing to do with being girly.

Mia, sorry but you sound like a 14 year old girl in this thread.

I'm thinking of a Taurus Sun conj. Moon man I know and he was anything but girly. Favoirite part about him was his extremely deep voice and that the was a man's man all around.

never once did i hear him squeak or squawk about anything.

"They act like they are fragile;"

Um, okay.....

You might want to check birth dates, because I've never met a Taurus man or women who could be described as "fragile".

Do you feel burned by one, because it sounds like you are talking about a completely different sign right now......

I am not sure what "Apollo" is but Sun on the angle is significant.

Also, does the Sun form challenging aspects with other planets?

Saturn/Neptune/Pluto on the angle could "dilute" this a great deal-but not obliterate it.

Leo doesn't always mean that one is a over-confident,tasteless,showy,loud attention seeking irritant.

Leo is dignified, warm, emotionally responsive, entertaining, creative, engaging, fun, jovial and playful etc.

What do your friends say? As the DC are the qualities that we do not see in ourselves and people we interact with, often point them out like;

"Wow,you are so spunky"

"I always thought that you were snotty and pig-headed" etc.

T, wtf?

What makes you think I'm 14? Why would I lie about it? And can't you see that I didn't mean to insult anyone?

Of you think that men acting a bit girly is an insult, then you're the one who's offensive.

Apollo is an asteroid.

Neptune is on my Ascendant and she opposites Sun, Moon is on my Nadir, Eros on my Midheaven...

Friends say I'm playful and energetic and like to goof around a lot. Pretty much right what u said.

Well it's obvious from the O.P that you are a teenager, I use to make threads like this all the time when I was younger on here lol. Some people just don't tolerate it.
