This happened in my hometown. I still remember hearing about it when I was very young.

Noticed that some people with Venus in hard aspect to Neptune like Karla to stay in toxic/abusive relationships (like Pam Anderson, Rihanna, Whitney, etc).

Trines are sneaky sometimes. They just indicate that the energy flows effortlessly. So if you have a sadistic inclination, it actually means that you probably will be able to express that sadistic nature effortlessly (and not become too obvious to your next environment)

Agreed. I read somewhere that only 3% of rapists spend even a day in prison (this is a US statistic, though I'm sure Canada is no better). Rapes aren't taken seriously and the victims are often blamed.

You failed to mention:

1)It was only after Bernardo started to abuse Karla Homolka that she then turned Bernardo in.

2) Russel Williams, convicted rapist and killer was in the same university class and program as Bernardo. Several of this rapes crossed over Bernardo's and occurred in the same area.

The case was in 1995 that was 23 yrs ago what I was referring to was how young I was at the time and what I was doing at that time. It was such a sensational case.

Most of the users on lindaland are from the US so unless you actually lived in the Toronto area especially the Niagara region in the early 90's then none of you should comment about the case.

You don't know the environment that existed in the 90's and why it was so sensational.

Toronto and Southern Ontario had an almost innocent image, that and many other high profile cases ruined the "Toronto the Good Image".

At one time it was almost okay to let a 10yrs old go to the bus alone in the 90's and everyone was supper friendly way friendlier then the people on this site based on the way you people have been responding lately.

Heck if I told the average American I live in the extreme North in an igloo they would believe me.

Its like being in a Computational Geometry class only the people in the room actually get it.

Then you leave the room try to tell someone else and you assume they already know the basics when they don't and they get confused.
