The conjunction seems to give an extreme appearance, I have this and I noticed my features at times are beautiful but I can also look a lil strange to me in pictures from certain angles...to me at least because my features are sharp and angular.

I think those of us with hard aspects must grow up to grow into our appearance...I always felt awkward and ugly growing up. Looking back now I see I wasn't but I wasn't...but I didn't have the cute that other little girls had and I wished I had.
Lol....maybe I lucked out? Look how cute Shirley Temple WAS.....
But if it all comes together well they can potentially become interesting, unusual or exotic looking.

What id really like to look at is what your aspect is between Venus and AC, and then what is facial structure...please describe yourself.
Here are some examples(but your not limited to just these things)of things I would like to know about you.

Are your eyes far apart, close or somewhere in-between?
Do you have deep set eyes or shallow? Big or small? What shape are your eyes? Round, almond? Are they squinty, small, medium, large?
Do they slant in any direction?
What is your nose like?
Your cheeks?
Your skin?
Your eyebrows?
Your forehead?(I have a scare on mine, thank you aries Chiron(head injuries) with it's 165 degree aspect to my AC)
Is your jaw defined? Is it Round? Square?
What shape is your face?
Is your chin prominent or small, or somewhere in between?
Do you have dimples, or any other unique features?
Are your lips thin or full....describe their shape.

I think lips are the very Venusian feature when Venus is aspecting the AC....lips and eyes can be the 'look of love" all by themselves!!

If you want to post a picture of yourself please do, if you want to post pictures of your features individually(for privacy reasons) please do...

But please make sure your Venus/AC aspect is listed...don't forget about the minor aspects.
I'd like to see how any and all aspects affect your appearance.
With the minor and soft aspects, especially, please list the aspects degree....theses aspects might be milder but they still have influence in making you beautiful.
If anything is closely aspecting your AC or Venus mention these aspects also, conjunctions to either AC or Venus of any planet please mention, up to 12 degrees apart.
All in all this is a thread dedicated to help all of see the special, beautiful features we were given. We are looking for possible similarities between the features and the aspect.
If we know what to look for and see certain physical features that often go with a certain aspect between AC/Venus maybe, eventually after much research it could help identify potential for the persons AC when we don't have a birth time!

I will try to find examples of facial features for you to compare. Not tonight though!

Saturn will restrict the extremes of any planet but it also gives adds the appearance of refinement and maturity...it's funny you say they call you "traditional" , they are seeing your Venus through Saturn.
I would call that classic beauty, not traditional.
What Saturn gives is a beauty that will always be respected and very much appreciated by people who look deeper than most, they see the true beauty in life and they see it in you. Fads may come and go but your beauty type is ALWAYS in, because its simply an ageless, timeless beauty! I think your natural beauty would be accentuated if you were to try to focus on everything that is beautiful from your heritage, anything that is thought of as the beauty of these traditions work hard to glamorize yourself using them. Don't dull down your appearance because you feel 'outdated' your not!
Go for whatever glamour is the traditionally respected and always at the roots of your culture....Saturn is all about the roots, the solid foundations of life! The more you flow with Saturn and allow Saturn to have it's way the more it will give back to you....and if it's conjunct Venus and AC it will give beauty....but as always with Saturn you have to do a lil work first. Ugh!

Is Saturn or Venus closer to your AC? Are they on the AC or the 12th house side?

Eyes: in between
Deep set, average size, almond
Slant: think slightly down
Nose: small
Cheeks: high and pronounced, now that I lost babyfat its much more noticeable
Skin: pale, very pale!!! a few blemishes but makeup does wonders
Eyebrows: full and arched
Forehead: round (almond shaped face), jaw is round
Shape: its almond or oval hard to tell
Chin: small, but so are the rest of my features (SATURN!)
Lips: full, bottom lip is larger

Saturn is closer to the asc, my venus is in the 12th, Saturn is in the 1st. They conjunct.

Hmm in a way I think I like to think of myself as “normal”. Could be Saturn could be something else. “Normal” is safe. My parents both have venuses conjunct ascendants. The way they use their physical attractiveness is slightly icky to me. I think this is where Saturn comes in and restricts the way I present myself.

One thing I know is that venus/asc people do spend a fair bit of time “grooming themselves lol.

My eyes aren’t deep set. Medium sized, although they appear smaller coz I have a “sleepy” look. Almond shape. Slightly slanted. Normal sized nose. Round-ish cheeks. Clear pale skin, a bit on the dry side. Straight-ish eyebrows. Round and high forehead. Bottom lip is fuller.

My asc is also the apex of a YOD with Neptune sextile Jupiter at its base.

Moon widely sextile asc (orb of 7)

Leo rules my 2nd house as well and my Sun is loosely trine my asc, again about an orb of 7.

My eyes are pretty even, I would say. Not too far apart and not too close together. I would say they're pretty average as far as deep set/shallow as well.. Lol. They're almond shaped, and about medium sized. Don't slant in any specific direction.
I have a small button nose.
My cheeks are big because my cheek bones are very prominent and defined (I'm Saturn dominant).
My eyebrows were never too thick.. I never really HAD to do them and I would've been fine. They're darker than the hair on my head though.
My forehead is square shaped, not too big and not too small. I have a scar as well.
My jaw is pretty well defined but not large. I wouldn't give it a shape lol.
My chin is small but I have a butt-chin. You won't notice unless I tell you.
I have one dimple on my right cheek. I have a few freckles on my face. Two beneath my right eye, one where my jaws meet on the left side of my face.
My bottom lip is very full, top lip is more thin.

@IV XXIV: looks as though you have some similar features to me (Saturn dominant). I bet you are far from average though!

I have a long, oval shaped face, with a very pointy chin. My features are pronounced, but not really angular. I have big, blue almond shaped eyes that do not slant in either direction. I have a very defined Cupid's bow on my upper lip, and slight dimples when I smile. I consistently get compared to Alicia Silverstone, Gillian Anderson, and Heather Graham. I see a resemblance in myself to all of them, but there are differences too. Gillian's Sun and ASC(if her time is accurate) are right on my DSC in Leo, with a possible 29* Aqua Moon. I've noticed appearance tends to fall on an axis, so Aquas and Leos look a lot alike to me. My mom was a huge fan of the X-Files back in the day, and thinks I look just like Gillian, but her nose is more pointy than mine. Alicia has Aqua ASC, with Sun conjunct Pluto, plus Mars all in 8th house Libra. Her Venus in Scorpio is very close to my Sun, and just under 5* from her Uranus. This really blew my mind, because I think I most closely resemble her, but my lips slightly turn upwards even when I'm not smiling, while hers turn downwards. I think I get compared to Heather because of her big blue eyes. She has a similar forehead too, but her chin is a lot shorter than mine. She has Sun conjunct Venus in Aquarius, and her Moon is either in Libra or Scorpio, and her Uranus is in Libra conjunct my Venus. I actually grew up with a Scorpio born 10 days before me that looks exactly like Heather and people always thought we were twins, so that's really weird that Heather has the Aquarius, Scorpio, and Libra mix too.

When I got into astrology, I was blown away by the fact that the actresses I get compared to have a lot of the same planets and placements prominent in their charts. I really don't think it's just specific aspects to the ASC that effect the appearance, rather I think it's the planetary energies that are prominent in the natal.
