I can see that from some of what you posted about yourself. You could say too much self control is involved and that sounds like Pluto.

Hm. Not too much self control, at all. I'm an open book. eta. Well okay, maybe not open book. I am private when it comes to certain things but that goes for everyone, so. It's mainly power struggles and trauma for me. IP: Logged |

I thought Pluto couldn't disposit stuff because of when it was founded, it's still fairly new right? I am soo confused by this stuff. It's making my head spin. IP: Logged |

Depends. I will try to explain as best as I can. It can be good dominant or bad dominant depending on the 'status' of the planet inside the house it is residing. OR it may not be dominant at all, it is just the lord of the horoscope. A powerful planet depends on its exaltation, rulership over triplicity, exchange of placement among the rulers etc. A king of a friendly country will be honoured on a red carpet while a king of a enemy state will most likely be treated with distrust.the honoured king will be comfortable and perfectly at home, but the other king will be restless and will try to plot against the ruler. Say ascendant lord is found in its house of exaltation, it means it is honourably received by the lord of that house thus increasing the prominence of this planet ( the ascendant lord) in the natal chart. The person has a strong horoscope lord, probably is a one man show, and is the writer of his/her own destiny. If the ascendant lord is peregrine/detriment, the person might be in search of a vital thing in life that he/she finds lacking, is unable to forge his own way in life unless supported by others. Furthermore, to decide if the ascendant lord will be active or not during transits one should look at the number and the type of aspects it makes and it's degree of delineation at the time of birth. For some I have noticed hard aspects trigger events during transits in a huge way. Depending on the aspects that the exalted ascendant lord makes it will tend to 'steer' the person, and it will remain a very important planet throughout the entire life of the native and also whether it is in aspect with the luminaries..People with stellium who have a boatfull of planets (let's say excluding the ascendant lord) will readily 'absorbs' the energy/characteristics of the house these planets are in, with respect to the number, the dispositor, the natural ruler of that house, and the energy of the ascendant lord gradually fades in their lives, as they grow older the ascendant lord becomes a 'mere' planet. They do not relate to the descriptions of their ascendant ruler. IF the ascendant lord that is exalted or has honourably placement forms part of a stellium of planets that includes the luminaries, this elevates the status of the ascendant lord considerably because not only is the planet well received in the house it resides, it's ruler also disposits the sun and the moon. How GOOD this is to the native depends on the aspects though. IP: Logged |
