There isn't a sign I'm jealous of or wish I were (in fact, I'm very proud of my sign - I'm not trying to sound self-righteous either... I truly do love my sign  ), but I do admire Aquarians. If I had to pick to be a different Sun sign besides mine, I would pick Aquarius.To be honest though, I feel like I could be like every sign in certain situations, or even in general, lol. So I'm already pretty much like Aquarius. Perhaps it's a mixture of my Gemini Moon's (Aquarius Decan + 11th House) dispositor; Mercury, being in the balanced sign of Libra (Aquarius Decan as well) and in the 3rd House of understanding and mental flexibility, while also aspecting Neptune with a square; the planet of subconscious influences... so this makes my mind sensitive to picking up influences (whether subtle or dramtic) from the environment and my perception. My Sun also trines Neptune. Also my Ascendant's dispoitor; the Sun, being in a Mercurian sign. (both the Sun and Ascendant (personality), have a connection to Mercury because of the Sun/Chart ruler being in a Mercurian sign. While the Ascendant also aspects Mercury with a sextile). No because I agree with you…I wish I was a sag instead of virgo. Lets face it, sags are just fierce, and they have this cool attitude and doesn't give a d***, they always get what they want and when they don't, it doesn't even matter to them, cause they have already moved on to the next thing….they seek adventure, start the party and always lead an interesting life.

Well it sounds fun... but i see 2 problems:First of all imo the signs within the same elements dosen't really resemble that much, if you want to sepparate people based on personality, again based on astrology i think modality(fixed, mutual or cardinial) would be a better bet. ALSO I don't really see how it would help with education in any way... why would people learn more because they are with astrologicaly simlar people?
But like with hogwarts it could always work in a novel, just not in reality.

I think you posted on the wrong thread lol! To answer your question: I think that all the similar element signs get along better and have more similar energy while the common modes are always square to each other, so they really don't mix well. It's like mixing oil and water. Their personality is very different. Ask me. I'm a virgo with pisces ascendant and the two signs that square both my sun and ascendant are sag and gemini. They're both intolerable for me unless they have some earth or water. And the point is not that they'll learn better when they're with similar-natured people. It's just because. In Hogwarts, they sort the students for the same reason, by personality. Slytherin - Cunning, clever, secretive, into dark side of things. Gryffindor - Bravery, Energy, Honesty, Determination. Ravenclaw - Intelligence, cleverness and wit, problem-solving. Hufflepuff - Loyalty, politeness, compassion, sensitivity. (Sorry sags and geminis I still love you). ------------------

I am not exactly "jealous" of a sign but more of a placement and aspect. I dont know if i am jealous even but maybe admire more? i dont know. But i wish i had a scorpio mars or a mars/pluto aspect, i like their intensity and focusedness when their pursuing something and that they wont "bend" over easily for others and that they hold their ground, i love their strong-willedness. I feel they are the ones that will hold on till the bitter end and not back down. And some of them i have seen can also handle stressful situations very well too. IP: Logged |

That's probably a matter of the Draconic chart. Check your draco placements.

I'm jealous of being a Virgo..Oh wait, I'm already a Virgo  Lol jk..my fave sign I don't think I have one. Not jealous of any either..I like that I have all my personal planets at home in my chart, so I guess it makes it feel a little balanced so I have a little bit of every sign in a sense  BUT there are certain signs I really get along with well like Taurus def. most of my close friends have been Taurus - the ones I feel most comfortable with for some reason. Also Scorpios are good & Aquarius I get along well for friendship. But yea Taurus have been my "best" close friends in a sense. ------------------

Nope. I love my Scorpio sign and stellium.There are aspects I'm jealous of and wish I had.. Venus trine Uranus. I already have Moon square uranus, but that Venus trine Uranus would soften the intensity of my Scorpio Venus. I attract Uranian types because of my moon-uranus square, but I still feel too clingy or involved when I date those guys because I still have so much Scorpio, Pluto, Saturn in my chart. I feel as if that Venus-Uranus trine would allow me to lighten up and detach myself from my relationships without causing a strain on the relationship like Venus in hard aspect to Uranus normally would. I was actually thinking of this not so long ago how I kinda wish I wasn't super Scorpio ( everyone always seems to hate on us for some reason) but I still love being one hehe and If I had to choose another sign to be I would pick a sag or an aqua !! Call me crazy, but I absolutely love being a Gemini. I think the sign has a lot of preconceived opinions about it, but most people like us when they get around us, and actually take the time to see what we are all about. No, I can't say there is.. I'm pretty enamored of my own chart and signs.. If anything it would be a placement I would like to have, which is Venus conjunct asc in the first house, but then that would take away my Leo Rising and well, I just couldnt tolerate that. As it is I havethe trine from Venus to asc so I suppose that'll have to suffice..Oh, and if I could, I'd prefer to move Saturn out of my 5h. I'm the only woman in my family who isnt ridiculously fertile and I want a baby.. I'm tired of Saturn making me wait. IP: Logged |
