What aspects in a natal chart would indicate someone who favors change, rather than loathes it?

As a Taurus sun/AC, I should absolutely abhor change but I actually welcome and embrace change. It always excites me.

I wrote a thread similar to this a little while ago, did you see it? --> http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/228336.html

This thread focused more on hating change, also being nostalgic for the past though I thought you may like it.

As for someone who loves change and new experiences [at the most extreme, a classic neophile], I think Aquarius. Aquarius ASC, Sun- and/or Moon-Uranus, Chart ruler in Aquarius, etc. The second thing that comes to mind is the Gemini/Sagittarius axis. Anyone with a lot of Sagittarius and Gemini in the natal chart may love change, exploring new possibilities; a possible 'the grass is always greener on the other side and therefore I must go out and seek it' mentality, especially with Sagittarius.

I'm a Sagittarius ASC, Moon-Uranus person and I love new experiences, clean slates, new adventures, and exploring. I don't mind change. I don't value certain traditions very much either, like holidays and likeminded celebrations where sameness is used for the basic purpose of security. However, I'm not entirely non-traditional. As humans, we all need a tradition of some kind, classic or unique, to ensure we have security and control in an ever-changing world. Even neophiles need some kind of consistency in their lives to feel somewhat grounded, no matter how small those consistencies are.

If my memory serves me well I remember that you have some aries placements?

I think it may be part of the reason why you like changes, as they bring something "new". Idk that's just a guess, I have aries moon and in general I like new things n changes. Mostly out of curiosity.

I have uranus-moon/sun/venus...etc.. and yeah I like new experiences well enough, but overall I like to have at least one or two "constants" in my life (earth, saturn dominant). That balance works out better for me, rather than having too much of changes or structure.

Right on

Sagittarius Sun/Jupiter/Neptune.North Node in Gemini.

Sun/Jupiter/Neptune are conjunct.Love change because it makes me excited about "expanding". I think that this is key to all Sagittarius people.

Since I have North Node in Gemini too,it makes me want to come into contact with as many varying experiences as possible.

2nd house cusp in Gemini.I value variety, change and seeing many differing things/ hearing differing point of views.

8th house cusp in Sagittarius. I feel an intimate connection with foreign ideas, foreign people, foreign cultures.

I love positive change eg improvment, but change for the sake of change can be risky and is often unecissairy.

That's not to say that i wouldn't take a risk to get something better, but the grass isn't always greener on the other side of the fence.

Say i'm having plans with someone and they change their mind last minute... I can't even describe the rage i feel when that happens!

I'm a Gemini, taurus moon and asc.

sweet-scorpion, i will definitely take a look! thank you for sharing! according to pullen, aquarius is my chart ruler.

12muddy, i'm impressed that you remembered lol. i have mercury and venus in aries. i, too, am saturn dominant and i believe my "constants" are my two best friends.. maybe that's why i feel so comfortable with change.. i usually have them to fall back on if something goes wrong.

Aries23Degrees, my 2nd house cusp is in Gemini, and 8th is in Sag as well! My north node is in Sag and moon is in Gem.. So maybe that's why.

PeterPan, switch the moon and sun and those are my big 3.. Maybe it's the gemini!

i thrive on change. though admittedly, since having my son, i seek it out less. even the change of seasons is wonderful. i used to travel a lot (still do in smaller doses), and i frequently moved towns, changed jobs, started fresh. i like starting new interests and projects (and often don't finish/follow through.) i like changing my style. i am also passionate about change in the world. i've participated in a lot of activism and dream of drastically different times.

heavy mutable
gem asc, sun and mars
opposite jupiter/uranus
gem NN
aqua MC

the one thing i don't like to change is the way i set up my home. everything in order, please!
