This is why I must never make a thread late at night again. :v Well, my bad, sorry for the misunderstanding (and errors too). I'll see what I can do when I'll have free time (that I won't spend sleeping or lazying around). That's not now. Thank you Nine for pointing out the errors I made, by the way ! I will look to fix them later. quote: Originally posted by hikoro: i think one can say the same for any individual (regardless of the field of study) who is determined and wants to be successful academically and professionally
quote: Originally posted by LucieLemonade: Thanks exactly my point... No, they are not more intelligent and have higher drive than "most" people. They are just interested in those particular topics.
There are several other ways for people to get into this field of studies - university, BTS, DUT, private schools... And most of them certainly don't lack the interest or drive that's required, otherwise they wouldn't choose it in the first place. Preparatory classes are particularly work-heavy and demand to solve more complex problems than in other formations (and earlier as well). These are definitely, without a doubt, the placements of a group of intelligent and hard-working people. I only looked at the personal planets, as Mars would point to drive and passion, but I will include outer planets (as well as "noon" aspects) later (and fix the things I forgot). And quoting myself: quote: Well, you could say it is about intelligent and hard-working people... who are also interested in studying maths, physics and engineering sciences.
I may as well put it in the OP to avoid further confusion.IP: Logged |

Don't get me wrong. I think the topic is interesting topic. BUt again, it shows very much what types of students are interested or gifted in those subjects. I wonder if the Libras didn't all go to law school? It would be interesting to see that as well. I have a friend who went through the French prep system and then when on to one of the grandes ecoles. I can guarantee you this was not her choice per se but that it was expected by her parents. She's now an almost starving artist and a bit of a wacky hippy. Leo sun, Aqua moon, Virgo Merc, Libra Venus, Leo Mars.

Hello people.I got too carried away when I was making this thread, since I noticed the major amount of Earth Mercuries, and I made a big mistake in the thread title because of being elitist in a desperate attempt to flatter my own ego. I will not be keeping this thread alive, there is actually little interesting information in what I listed up. Sorry again for the misinformation, and sorry to the couple people who found it to be actually interesting. IP: Logged | |
