Aquarius on the 8th...it will be a surprise. No need to think about it. And I don't. 8th ruler in 2nd House of survival. Death to me will be rebirth. There's a movie that was recommended to me but I can't remember the name, about living backwards, where every day of living gets us closer to actual birth through our physical death. We prepare to be born. Wish I could remember the name of it. IP: Logged |

My 8th house is Cancer. The only thing occupying my 8th house is my vertex. I'm not sure what that has to do with anything, other than the one article I read telling me I need to "delve into metaphysical and esoteric subjects during this lifetime" which I seem to be doing considering I'm on this website. But in my own opinion, I believe the 8th house is more concerned with spiritual death than actual physical death. I view it as the house of transformation and rebirth. I'm open to the idea that death can happen when there's hard aspects to the 8th house though. IP: Logged |

Aries on 8th cusp:Aries: It typically shows a death which will be related to fires, anger, speedy impulse (as in driving too fast or acting without thinking), blood illnesses/loss of blood, fights or disputes with other people which you may lose. Be extra careful in these areas. If you are anemic or have any other blood ailments or illnesses, pay extra attention to your health. Every time I do anything hastily, the results always suck. So I always try to take my time. I like to drive fast sometimes, move fast, but I'm not reckless, so hopefully I'm good there. I could be anemic, idk. Honestly, if it's gotta be any of these, I'd rather bleed out and lose consciousness. Seems less violent, although that depends on the reason for the blood loss... My Mars, 8th ruler, is in the 6th in Aquarius, conjunct Mercury, square Pluto, quincunx Moon. It doesn't really have any 'positive' aspects, unless a 7 degree trine to MC counts. IP: Logged |

Virgo, empty. Mercury in Aries in the 3rd house. Conjunct Mars and Sun. Opposite Pluto. Trine Moon and Neptune. Square Asc. Virgo on the 8th is said to die old. Suicide didn't do the trick, so I guess car crash, severe burns or asphyxia during S/M at 97. Murder is not completely off either, I'll probably be b*tching until my last breath and p*ss people off. Oh well.

Gemini: The highest majority of time, these people pass by respiratory complications. Pneumonia, asphyxiation, blockage in the airways, lung disease, smoking, emphysema, lack of breath. Be extra careful looking after your lungs and breathing. Quit smoking if you are a smoker!haha whoops IP: Logged |

Pisces-Death by substance abuse?? Crapola, good thing those 'experimentation days' are over.. :/ And I can see suicide, unfortunately. (Note: In no way am I suicidal! Sorry to be morbid, but I am diagnosed w/ a mood disorder and have been there before! ) And it definitely would be spiritual. Damn, never payed attention to my 8th house before.

So sorry to hear about your loss, LovelyAries86. How is your grandfather doing? I have Cancer on the 8th. Mars in the 8th, opp. Neptune and Uranus in the 2nd, and trine Pluto in the 12th. Things aren't looking good for me. Apparently, having 8H Mars means a freak accident -- maybe drowning [Neptune] or electrocuted or some freak thing like a plane crash [Uranus + Moon in the 9th for ill fated travel]? Lol... no idea. The idea of drowning or having a freak accident does not seem impossible, I am very accident prone and have had MANY 'close calls' and NDE's in my young life. Not good..... IP: Logged |

Not exactly on topic but close and I can't help myself. Sooo my dream funeral includes sending my ashes into space. Some time ago I found out about a firework option and it sounds cool to me too. I just went to a site related to this service and I saw there a link to "memorial space flights" quote: Voyager Service (from $12,500) The Voyager Service launches Celestis flight capsules and modules on a space rocket on a voyage through deepest space, leaving the Earth-Moon system on a permanent celestial journey. The Voyager Service is expected to launch its first mission in 2014/15, perhaps aboard a spacecraft being developed by Space Services Inc. that will utilize a solar sail for propulsion. Voyager missions truly offer an opportunity to go to the stars and be at one with the cosmos, on a mission of exploration.
They say they send a symbolic amount. Well, that's good. The rest could be used for fireworks and diamonds. #5thhousestyle ------------------ I'm sooo happy! I mean, cappy. IP: Logged |

Aww I appreciate your asking. Grandpa is about the same right now. Not very good. Either way, we'll all be by his side until the very end.
