Why don't we all just try to stop being so defensive? I think it's great when we can all look at ourselves and have a laugh. I can totally see why some people find us Air signs uncaring, just like us Air signs can sometimes find Earth uncaring.
But alas we all agree on one thing, we are all caring! My Cappie partner knows I'm off to work with a cold so she's prepared me a 'care package' of vitamins, pain killers and drinks. But I didn't get any coddling and "You poor thing!"Haha I do enjoy these discussions and hey, i like knowing how we all find each other caring or uncaring. IP: Logged |

No really though, I'll often do random cleansing rituals on people I'm close to, especially when they talk to me about problems / drama. We'll sit together for hours and I'll let them talk while I manically burn a bunch of herbs, make crystal grids, etc. I think it has to do with the fire in me, all the intensity of the discussion has to go somewhere.

I keep waiting for this thread to die and slink off the page but it won't.  Ok, if everyone else is playing, I will, too. Um, what lofty-sounding stuff can I make up that sounds convincing...hmmm.... How about this? Aries and Pisces are the extremes of caring, the yin and yang, alpha and omega. Aries cares about what is happening to you externally but may miss your inner turmoil, because they aren't as curious about all that. They will notice if you are cold and need a blanket but won't pick up on the fact that you're sad and so they won't want to know why you're sad and how they can help. Since it doesn't register. Pisces cares more about your internal situation and they will usually inquire about it, sympathize, and soothe you on those points. They will also fetch that blanket if you're cold. Thing is, since they just met all your needs, you kinda want them to stick around but POOF they are now gone, either mentally or physically, you sense they have departed. Well damn, didn't they care? So who's left to care? Oh, Aries! But why are they smiling and laughing already like your bad situation was nothing and you should have recovered already from that hurricane that blew your house down and left you cold and blanket-less?  You need someone in the middle of these extremes, so look to the Cancer-Leo-Virgo-Libra-Scorpio section of the zodiac for some attention, care, and perspective. Nevermind their shortcomings, that's where the proverbial "happy mediums" are. All the signs lumped in close to Aries care more in the Aries/external way, while the signs approaching Pisces care in that more internal, dare I say "thorough" yet perhaps more transient way. All signs fall short, so the best bet is to appeal to everyone wisely according to your needs and your prior knowledge of what they can and cannot offer, if you really are in a fix and at a loss to solve it yourself. I didn't see a need to reply to you. I still believe that you get butthurt and use your graphics in passive aggressive digs at people and threads, btw (and I don't usually get that impression from people, but I do get it from you). And I was just saying that if you were leave that I wouldn't (and I doubt others would) assume you are just butthurt over something which was a concern of yours. That said, since being viewed that way is a concern of yours (and/or amusing) I pointed out that you already do seem butthurt by how and what you post at times, which is ironic given your concern that you would be seen that way for leaving when I see you that way for what you post (at times) and you might want to be aware of it (whether to work on that or just have a laugh, whatever). Actually. I think I'll stay off LL until this Mercury Rx is over. Partially due to it screwing with other areas of my life and they're much more important for me to deal with.
