I'm sorry but Sophia Loren doesn't count, she had numerous plastic surgery over the years and in an interview I saw of her recently she's only a shadow of her former self, the face tightened way too much, you can see how unnatural the frame of her face looks and I guess that she even wears a wig as you could see her scalp above her ears. She's 80 of course, we may not forget that but still.. I think it would have suited her better to age naturally.
Look at this recent picture of Ms. Loren:
As for myself, I have a Scopio Sun with an early Aries Ascendant which is squared by Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune and Pluto. I'm 25 now and ppl think I'm around 18, when I'm without make-up some ppl even think I'm under 15. This is absolutely crazy considering that I was able to buy alcohol when I was 13 years old without having to show my ID..
One of my sisters is a Taurus/Gemini cusp Gemini Sun with an early Sag Ascendant opposed by Sun, Jupiter and Lilith (which are all conjunct) and for her it's even "worse" ;D. It's funny because we both are quite tall (5''8) and don't have a tiny frame which would support looking younger. Anyway, my sister will be 38 in a few months and ppl ask her for her ID whenever she buys alcohol, guys around age 18-22 ask her out, etc. etc. She didn't look old when she was young, though. Actually she always looked her age until after 24.
I once read that Taurus/Gemini cusp ppl are "eternally young", so yes that would make sense
