Couldn't have said it better, wishy washy behavior and disappearing acts ugh I can't. Libra women are a bit different in regards to relationships though.

I third this.

My Libra had an Aquarius moon to boot. Wanted me to believe that "us" was all in my head, but the first time I broke things off -in an expletive rich e-mail- they left a choked up message on my phone. Gah, I asked for it, but I wasn't ready for a relationship just then.
