Mutable signs are fickle. As I said, it might just be his personality.

On a personal note, I actually like gem venus. However I also think it's a very charming venus and hence can morph into different things.

Buts it's never just a placement. His Mars and sun are both aspected by neptune.

Britney soears for example has fixed moon, cap venus which are traditionally indicated as loyal but she cheated. I don't think she cheats now (personally) but no offense should be taken.

It is very common for people who see horrible events unfold before their eyes to be traumatized by that and create fake memories that damatize or at least change how it truly happened. When the brain fails to completely "take" a situation, it very easily fills the gaps.
