Woops! I see I misread Pluto's declination as 3* instead of 6*29'. Such a person generally likes to be in charge and initiate, even if they don't do it.

Saturn's position is plenty close enough to consider it contra-parallel the Moon. In fact, the Moon can reach a bit further than even 1*.

Sounds like Cancer rising to me.

No.

The Magi Society leans too heavily on declinations and destroys the concept by stretching the orbs way too far. In case that's where you are getting 2.5/3 degrees.

Natally about 1* - 1*15' degree or so, depending on the planets involved. Luminaries, Jupiter, Saturn at the far end. Other planetary (contra-)parallels tighter.

In progressions, a totally different story. For these to be active, all parallels and contra-parallels must be within 04'. Pluto, within 01'; Neptune, 02'; Uranus, 03'. The exception may be the Moon, but I don't have any good examples for that.
