I had actually guessed Cap ASC as a possibility. He mostly seems to have his stuff together, seems to be good with numbers, and doesn't seem highly erratic despite speaking to most everyone. I will say there can be kind of an awkwardness to him.

As for his childhood, I'm not sure. All I know is that he was tested for depression at some point.
