Scorpio instincts are usually more accurate and clear when not troubled by paranoia or fear. I think, when always suspicious of others, Scorpio is very good at seeing the darker, hidden side of people. But, they might not realize that the other person may not either be fully aware of this side or they might just have those feelings and thoughts but won't act on them.

But, Scorpio gets angry, feeling like the person is hiding these things with ill intent and bad motives, even if that's not true at all. They hold it against that person. So, they keep pushing and pushing and testing until they draw the very darkness they were so focused on out of the person. And then they get to say, "See, I knew they were no good". And they feel like their instincts about people are so right all the time. When, in fact, it's just a self-fulfilling prophecy.

That's all the low-level side of Scorpio, though. When Scorpio rises to the Eagle level, they can intuitively see those things about people but not judge them for it or try and "test" them and provoke the darkness out of them. That's when their intuition becomes much more productive and healthy. They need to see the shades of grey in people, instead of using their instincts to divide people into groups of "who's dangerous/bad/untrustworthy and who's not."

Life is a looking glass. Even if Scorpio is right about the darkness that lurks in a person's heart it says little about said person, while revealing much about Scorpio. Life is rigged to surround us with the kinds of people/environment/circumstance that best reflect our own self.

I agree with this statement to an extent but I also believe that everyone is a reflection of ourselves in some way (as in, if we are all one in the grandest sense of things, then it's like we are all the pieces of a shattered mirror reflecting back on each other) and that life also presents us with people who reflect back the qualities of ourselves that we suppress/repress/don't express or hide from. Like attracts like (on a soul level), but opposites also attract (personality level).

I'm gonna say Cancer and Aquas are very intuitive. Aquas however can get so perverse as to manipulate others in every way to get what they want. Since mentally they just think of it as an argument or one of many ways an individual can see things. Cancer on the other hand always guilt trip. That's the ultimate Cancer tactic.... Even that was how Bill Cosby took advantage of all of these girls.

Pisces gets things in dreams, often, such as dreams of future events

But, from many of the books I read intuition is a Fire and Water attribute, with Water being the highest, but Earth and Air can't be ruled out -- it simply is a different type. For instance, I've read that Sagittarius can be highly intuitive as Jupiter is the ruler of both Pisces and Sagittarius. Jupiter is a planet that can intuit and see patterns, intuition is also about seeing patterns and recognizing intangible perceptions. Most intuitive people have something interesting about their Jupiter, most Psychics have strong Jupiter and Mars. Yes, your Mars can be strong even if it's in debility based on aspects, decans and other things. I personally don't agree with debility and that planets are weaker in certain houses and signs, Eric Meyers explains this really well in The Astrology of Awakening. Although in Medical Astrology, they are much more valid, as debility can show problems health-wise.

Uranus can be intuitive, the Moon, many planets can be intuitive at different levels.

Being a Scorpio don't make you automatically highly intuitive just like being Pisces or Cancer doesn't make you highly intuitive. I think these signs make it much easier to be intuitive because Water is boundless and Water is retentive and a good conductor for subconscious and receptive energies. Water signs are ultimate antenna that senses things on all frequencies. So it's not so much about which signs are better intuitives, but more about which chart has more signatures that suggest intuition.

For instance, everyone would say Einstein was intuitive, he even wrote about it. But Einstein was not a strong Pisces, he only had his Sun in Pisces, actually he was very Aries/Fire dominated, had Sagittarius Moon and Cancer Asc. and some Earth as well. But Edgar Cayce tapped more into Pisces energies, because that is what he needed to access the Akashic Records. Helena Blavatsky was a Leo with strong Virgo and Libra and was a strong intuitive and spirit medium. Some intuitives are more Scorpionic and need to be intuitive by looking at much darker things--healing, abuse etc., Scorpio energy provides that for them. Cancer has humanistic intuition, most intuitives who work with the public will have something in Cancer. Cancer sees the World as its family especially the older they get, the more Cancer grows out of infantile family focus and become more Worldview. Cancers can be very strong intuitives as they become older and establish themselves on their own terms.
