Topic: Is Scorpio the most intuitive sign?

Before you reply, understand exactly what I'm asking. Most of you would probably assume that I am talking about a Scorpio Sun, but I'm just talking about the Scorpio sign in general. Like if you were to take just the very essence of Scorpio itself versus Cancer or Pisces for example. Would Scorpio be the most intuitive sign? I know obviously it depends on your natal chart how intuitive a person is. But in your opinion, what sign by itself is the most intuitive? I think Scorpio is just very piercing for example and can almost like see into people's souls. That is why Scorpio and Pisces get along so well. Also, something else to take note is that Cancer is extremely intuitive as well.IP: Logged |

Scorpio is suspicious, fearful, and distrustful. This alone betray any notion of intuition, or piercing insight into another person's soul. IP: Logged |

Probably Pisces because Pisces is more compassionate and understanding of a variety of different perspectives in life.
Scorpio's intuition is more coloured by personal emotions and by their cynicism. Pisces is the last sign and considered the wisest from a spiritual pov. Cancer would be 3rd in line imo... for the same reasons. Cancer is also intuitive but they are very very personal in their take on everything. There is almost no ability to detach. Pisces is co-ruled by Jupiter, so at least one of their two fish has the ability to see things clearly. IP: Logged |

If by people's souls you mean they know who is good and who is bad, no matter what is going on above the surface then I think Taurus and Scorpio have the best of that ability.IP: Logged |

It depends on what sort of intuition we're referring to.If you mean "good" as in - good for the Scorpio person... and "bad" as in - bad for the Scorpio person (or a threat to their physical/emotional safety) - then *yes*, in that sense they can be more intuitive than Pisces. Both Martian signs: Aries and Scorpio would quickly detect a threat (a person who could be "bad" from their perspective... like a potential enemy). :edit: I don't know whether this is more survival instinct than intuition though. I think Pisces is high on intuition but very low on survival instinct. They wouldn't categorise people as good or bad, because they see most people & things as grey or multi-coloured. IP: Logged |

I was going to mention Aquarius. I see Aquarius and Pisces as being just as intuitive as each other, only in different ways and different areas. My top most intuitive signs would be: 1. Pisces/Aqua (tied)
2. Scorpio

I agree. I would vote for Aquarius and Pisces for the most intuitive sign. Scorpio's is more to bad thing I think. Cancers? Naah, they are moody.

No, I would not say that Scorpio is the most intuitive sign mode. Scorpio's mode of expression expresses the Martial and Plutonian principles, as you mention, that vibrate red and are energy/power oriented. This mode of expression can allow for a feeling of currents and undercurrents of trends and movement in society as the person with a nose for business. But I don't think this is the 'intuition' you are talking about.That is found more in Cancer, Pisces, Aquarius, and in the well developed Libran. ------------------

Some good answers, but I'm talking about Scorpios ability to know pretty much all the time when someone is being true to themselves or they also have a very adept ability to detect weakness. Being as that Scorpios cannot stand ******** more than anything. Why I said that Scorpios and Pisces get along so well is that Pisces is always very emotionally aware of themselves, lost in imagination, and spiritual awareness. A scorpio is very adept at understanding the hidden things within someone. I will agree that Aquarius is also very adept at this when placed in the right spots. I don't know why my Scorpio Ascendant seems to but heads with other Scorpios... I guess because I cannot stand to be tested more than anything, because I already test myself more than anyone could ever dream of. I just happen to pick up on a lot of Scorpio traits from people throughout the years and they are very adept (possibly even the best in my opinion) at realizing someone's weakness or being able to see what is hidden. I have a friend with scorpio venus and ascendant, her ascendant conjunctions pluto to. She has been wrong about people several times and i think this comes from her being blinded by her suspicious nature. On several occasions i have seen scorpio influenced people been blinded by their suspicious natures. I don`t think they are the most intuitive but they definitely are the most mysterious and secretive sign.IP: Logged |

I can relate with you. Maybe because I have venus trine pluto in scorpio which can not stand to be tested by other scorpio energy in their chart. I can not stand manipulation game too because I will consider it as insincerity. I would agree with you that Scorpio has an ability to see what is hidden within people and realizing their weakness, but I would like to assume it as "the result of their observation", that's why they test you (lots of people do not realize it when it happened) and gather information about you secretly then obsessed to find your hidden self and your weaknesses, because they love to indulge in the darkness. I can not call it as intuition. It's very different with Aquarius and Pisces. Their intuition is in a second they feel/know, but rather keep it within them self first. IP: Logged |

I understand. Yeah my Aquarius brother like always knows when something is up it seems. He's always asking me, "Is something wrong?", "Is something bothering you?" etc.... and of course I always reply with "I'm fine", "I'm okay" even if I'm going through the darkest of times.

ive got three planets in pisces, with a moon and venus trine pluto in scorp.
my piscean energy is definitely teh more intuitive side. the only thing the plutonian side (scorpionic) side of me brings out is a lust for people being "real". though thats hypocritical, i dont believe many, if any, people to be 100% real so it just goes along with whos fakeness i can get along with.
intuition is more like meeting somebody, and instintively knowing they are a douche. i cannot tell you how many times, for no reason on first meeting i have stayed clear of people to later then find out they were not 'good' people. its all about the vibes. ------------------

My daughter is triple aquarius Sun, Jupiter, Uranus in her 3rd house, scorpio ACMy older son pisces Sun with taurus Moon, scorp Mars, scorp AC My youngest son is saggy Sun, cancer Moon, scorp Mars/Venus, taurus AC They are all very intuitive but it displays itself in very different ways in each.
My daughter can just nearly read minds, her thoughts and mind are so focused and fixed you cannot fluster her or get her to change her mind...but she can do this to you without even trying. She seems to know what ppl are thinking before they do and if you don't know her she can get you to think you want what she wants effortlessly. She can instantly tell you who's good or bad and she gets vibes about situations frequently and they are always correct.
Regarding her brothers....She easily manipulates her brothers into doing whatever she wants because she senses how to do it. Plus they are so much water and mutable signs their emotions are expressed more obviously and are changeable. My pisces son is very intuitive but what he perceives is very much based on his perceptions, it's not a laser point accurate intuition like my daughter because he's so emotional and she is not. My youngest son has great perception and intuition, but very mistrustful and fearful. His perceptions while accurate often are also emotionally based and he usually only perceives things he fears as a threat. He cannot perceive the good events just as easily as the negative one...my daughter can because she is so detached from her emotions and able to focus reality instead of perceived fear/emotionally based things.

Cancer sun, Scorpio moon, Cancer venus, Scorpio pluto here. I'd say I am pretty intuitive, I seem to be able to read people better than most around me.. I also tend to have an ability to hear peoples thoughts, but more like I pick up that thought just before the person says it. I know everybody experiences this with people close to them but it happens to me even with people I don't know. I admit I am also suspicious and paranoid which can cloud my judgement, but the suspiciousness comes from feeling SOMETHING is going on, and my imagination comes into play trying to figure out what that something is. I think of all three of the Water sign energies as highly intuitive. But, their intuition all manifests in distinct ways.Scorpio is generally the most perceptive Water sign. It's an energy that's very intuitive in always knowing exactly what's going on with someone, emotionally, beneath the surface, and why they feel that way. Cancer intuition, on the other hand, is very nurturing and comforting, knowing just how to soothe and take care of someone else. And Pisces intuition is very imaginative and empathic, allowing them to experience someone else's emotions as their own and transcend their individual perspective into something bigger than themselves. ------------------

I may be bias but I think Pisces wins here. I'm a Pisces sun and moon and I'm very intuitive, almost psychic.
