I'm very mellow, easy-going, caring, willing to sacrafise a lot, but will go to war for those I care about. Thankfully, all the negative traits are not as prominent.

From your personal experience, when do Leos become selfish, narcissistic and egoistical? Afflicted planets? Bad planetary sign combos?

DF, yeah, I can get quite agressive, but very veeery rarely. I can't even remember last time I raised my voice. Maybe because I don't live with my little siblings anymore, and I don't see them mistreated, etc. Otherwise this Leo Mars sq Pluto and Saturn could show it's claws.

I remember I had an argument with my Scorpio granny. She was openly criticising my mother and praising my dad, obvioisly. I was listening... listening... patiently... suddenly-SNAP!!! I don't think she expected this lovely polite Virgo Venus/Asc to express such anger and frustration. I felt like I had to defend my mum. She's not perfect, but I thought my granny treated and talked about her unfairly .

Granny: You are a typical Leo showing your claws.
Me: You are a typical Scorpio showing your sting.

I throw extremely harsh words at people and point out their flaws to make them feel bad. I roar at people and put them in their rightful place, but that's only when I feel like being an ******* lol

My sister has Leo sun and mars, while my brother has Leo sun and Venus. They're both Leo mercuries. I'm the odd one out -_-

They can be extreme ******** only when they're mad and something that they really wanted to happen doesn't go their way. But then again, they both have mars-ruled moons. That could add to the ******* flavor.

With a Scorpio Rising, Mercury sq Pluto and Mars in Virgo-My mouth is deadly and I'm fully aware of it so I pick my battles wisely. I've had people want to beat my a** after I went off Lol.

She's got some Scorpio in her chart (including sun) and I think that made it very difficult for her to forget or "get over" some things as well as amplifying some feelings of betrayal against the world in general and a few people specifically, and it shapes her to use psychological methods of revenge over more physical ones...yet when drunk she could fight like a cat (and she walked like one, too) and I used to give tours to friends of mine when I was a kid showing the dents in the wall (a favorite was many near the front door in which Dad rammed himself backwards trying to get Mom off his back who was clawing at his face, but I don't know what it was over...left plenty of dents in the wall though!).

I think you have the Scorpio and Aries driving things more than a primary Leo (aside Leo Mars in combination with those two?) there, given that a Virgo Sun with Sco ASC and Aries Moon was one of the "most prone to attack" people I've known. "Selfish, narcissistic and egotistical" also aren't *necessarily* the keywords if talking about someone attacking physically?

DeeMonroe also lists the Scorpio + Virgo for a deadly mouth, so some other signs on top of or aside the Leo are common in the mentions so far. I've known many people with Scorpio in their charts so always felt I was at a disadvantage compared to that with only the Scorpio NN, but no, I was never as potentially malicious or vindictive either.

I think some Leo assholeness is more a reaction to their feeling mistreated, one way or another. It may be feeling mistreated over very little that some other sign wouldn't take as neglect (ATTENTION, the Leo keyword?), disrespect or whatever other trigger, but the Leo doesn't like it and thus the Leo turns difficult. I would say it's more a reaction to something if you get a difficult Leo. Maybe it's a longer term reaction to childhood circumstances or something else if you have a regularly "difficult" Leo, but mostly I'd suspect it's a reaction to the displeasure over something. You may get an answer if you ask what YOU've done wrong to cause it, though of course it's better if you just fix the "obvious" wrong you've committed, or better if Leo doesn't act the primadonna over whatever, but you insulted Leo in some way, anyway, so they're huffy or act the ******* to make you fix things? Rather the infamy mentioned than being ignored, too.

Good point. Selfish, narcissist, egotistical and the like (which really all go together anyway) do apply to my mom but not to (as far as I could tell from hearing about her) the Aries sun-Scorpio moon. IIRC, what I read about the danger of Scorpio moon combined with Aries sun is that they can become irrationally vengeful and easily hurt while at the same time prone to act on their impulses for revenge. From the sound of it, however, she did so because it was fun, but he came from a family that had a lot of sexual abuse in it so his mother was likely a victim of that growing up, though his mother was equally evil to son and daughter alike (and she also preferred to get her husband or other males to carry out the violence, though she had plenty of fun herself...more torture actually when a child was still too young to effectively resist her authority to administer punishment which was often very calculated abuse to inflict the most pain and harm without being obvious to others outside the home later).

All of these things really depend on details.
Someone is being loud, disturbing, etc when I'm trying to go to bed = you won't like me.

But, for example. One time a friend's car broke down at 6 a.m. and they were stranded. No biggie. Go help him out.
So it really depends.

this is so true, but I think people stay out of my way because they know I'm right. They might not like what I'm saying but there's really no argument. I'm not always right. My family likes to remind me of this, but you know why? Because I'm usually right. And when you get me mad...you know you're wrong!
