The two person I immediately thought of when I read this are; the first interrupts a lot -usually to talk about herself, and would go on and on and on about herself, if you let her - she has a Libra Mercury, Sun and Mars conjunct in 10H, all square Uranus.

The second seems to be listening for a while, but then she just interrupts with a loud voice, and makes comments that have nothing to do with what you've said, doesn't even try to understand your point of view, it's like she never listens because her deductions are... well just absurdly disconnected and insulting to the rules of logical consistency. She is very rude when communicating. Sag Sun, Scorpio Mercury and Neptune conjunct in 11H.

The Sun-Mars-Mercury conjunction of your first example is in full alignment with the dominating theory that strong Martian energy would cause a person to interrupt others.

Your 2nd example, wow. Very interesting theoretically, and I'm sure very annoying in real life. I have a Sun-Mercury-Neptune conjunction and I can somewhat understand that behaviour, though what you're describing is a very extreme and rude form. When I'm in a conversation with someone, it sometimes takes 1 word or 1 sentence to trigger my mind into going somewhere completely different (it's usually an idea, or an answer to something I had been pondering beforehand), and it takes a lot of effort to force myself to focus back on the conversation - so I assume this is what could be at play with the person you described. But, she seems very self-absorbed and self-centred for it to be an enlightening experience, sadly.

At least when you interrupt people, you do it because you are enthusiastic about what you want to say. I've seen people do it solely because they are not interested in hearing anyone else but themselves - so with you, it's not due to lack of respect, and I'm sure this come across in conversation with people even when you interrupt them

No one expresses annoyance at me and I do think it's because I get so enthusiastic. We are mid-convo and I'll say "OH!! DID I TELL YOU... (whatever it is) and then when I'm all done I usually say, "Sorry, what were we chatting about before?" so we can get back on topic.
