I can see the Pisces as I have a Pisces Dsc but Aries and Libra?? Would my Sun/Moon MP in Libra/Aries play a role? Being a double Fire Dragon? Or is it my Libra Pluto singleton?

Why not any Virgo (my asc) or Cancer (my Sun, Venus, Mercury) or Cap (my moon)?

Literally ALL my friends back in high school and college where either Libra or Aries and ALL my boyfriends have had Libra or Aries in them.

My 3 best friends now that I am older are Libra, Libra, Aries. My fiance is an Aries.

But the overall energy of the individual is usually indicative of that.

The stronger the representation the person is of your 7th house cusp,the more attracted you can be to them.

-Are the partners you are drawn to often "innocent-looking" or not very grounded in the here and now?

-Do they always seem to need "help" in sorting things out or come to you for clarity of issues?

-Are they often sick/impaired or "going through something difficult" when you meet them?

-Are they usually artist/musicians? Or devotees of some religion or philosophy.

-Are they recluse? Prone to wanting to be alone?

-Are they just too "chilled" for your liking at times. Too easy -going and breezy?

Look at all the Pisces traits and see if they apply to the people that you attract consistently. This is the real meaning of the 7th house cusp IME.

Usually though,I notice that Moon in a certain sign is very sensitive to my 7th house cusp; either they have a sign that is exactly on my 7th house cusp as their Moon.

Or they have aspects that "bring out" the energy of the Moon to be consistent with my 7th house cusp sign.

It's sounds like you are indeed attracted to people who T-square you cancer/cap placements or complete a grand cross (grand square?) with an aies/libra opposition. Have you ever met a person with a libra/Aries opposition? If it has anything to do with pattern completion, you probably would feel that strongest.

I have something similar with moon in cap square Saturn in libra. I'm very attracted to Aries placements that oppose my Saturn and squares my moon (completes a T-square). Even better if a persons angles overlay these points. Most of my friends have Aries moons.

I don't know if you have a t-square but planets triggering grand cross might be a reason.
