Regarding your health concerns, with Neptune in the 6th house everything was going well for me until tr Neptune square my natal Mars (3rd house). I indeed had some health symptoms which seemed to be pretty serious and were difficult to diagnose but I also had tr. Uranus opp. Sun and tr. Chiron quincunx ASC in the same time which reinforced it. Fortunately, it turned out that these health issues were stress-caused and faded away once the transits were over.

@charlie you see!! This transit will be horrid specially all the oppositions it will make. I think its worse more so than pluto hitting the angles or squaring the natal sun. interesting that you mention DUI (neptune rules alcohol, the daze feeling, drugs), what kind of strange things? after the transit did you find a solution to those illnesses or did they resolve on their own. I'm sorry to hear about your car accident, I can imagine so by ruining the opportunity to become a yoga instructor I assume there was a shift or misalignment with your body (bone wise, neck injury, back injury etc.). I hope you overcome that: be weary of chiropractors sometimes they can make matters worse, keep an eye on their expertise, years in practice and recommendations. Make sure they have either or certification CCST (spinal trauma) and CCSP (chiro sports physician).

Yes , it make me so confuse and I just really can't get any job done , lack of self consciousness too , my concrete thinking is so slowwwww.

I was diag Ovarian cyst (both side ) during this period. And will do endoscopic surgery soon .

For me it's not so bad , but it's life . The sickness is normal process of life anyway .

At the time , you will find , your mind can be adjusted whatever it takes . But when we look at the transit before it happen , it just frighten us more than usual.

This advancement of other's needs above yours will manifest with health issues. So there could also be that need to balance what you give to others and self care. Because if you focus too much on serving others, you'll suffer in terms of having ill health.

Neptune makes this issue hard to see i.e. am I giving too much or too little at work? Am i being used or am i using others?

It could also raise issues pertaining to which part of work is your KPI and which isn't? In that there could be a lot of collaboration in your everyday tasks,that you are not sure which part is yours and which belongs to your colleagues? As Neptune will blur lines.

Another manifestation is if you work long hours or odd hours because of the nature of the job.

If you don't take time out now and then to reboot, you may suffer fatigue and make costly mistakes on the job(because of this tiredness). Also, your internal clock may go out of sync with the rest of the world-thereby inducing insomnia and related sleep issues.

Because of Neptune's more open -ended nature, you may prefer for a job that has more flexibility with hours and isnt so strict on hours spent on work.

There will be days where you feel "unproductive" or dont want to work. So leave days are used up or you are called to the office for consistent absenteeism (ironically the only thing that you will be dependable on).

The latter can lead to you being fired at work for underperformance. Or have you leave your many tasks to your colleagues (or visa versa) that may lead to you having a bad reputation with your colleagues or fostering resentment in them.

Dont be surprised if people doubt your skills or don't think you "capable". That's Neptune too. So they may patronize you or treat you as if you are "dumb" at work.

Neptune can also mean working at a job that is associated with water/oils/ lubricants or spirits i.e. bartending etc.

You may have to watch for backstabbing and sabotage at work. Be careful who you trust and don't let people take credit for your work. Safeguarding emails and related backup for when 💩 hits the fan , may be necessary. You may need to cover your back and not be the "fall" girl/guy at work.

It could also literally mean working with people who have special needs? Working with creatives or on a movie set? Working with foreigners? Or even in a wellness center that aims to heal or recuperate?

Health issues should not be taken lightly with Neptune transit through 6th. Diseases are an enemy to good health. So Neptune in 6th may disguise or conceal illnesses a lot until they are more serious. So get a 2nd(even 3rd) opinion.

Also watch scams by healthcare professions where they overcharge or misdiagnose you in order to get your cash.

Also watch the tendency of worshipping doctor's opinions and letting it rule your everything.

The best way to go around this is to research about your own body and have an opinion instead of always taking theirs.

You know your body better, spend more time with it. Trust your intuition when something being said about your condition feels off.
