But Pluto tends to feel more "at home" in Scorpio than any other energy.

However,this does not mean that it does not "act" in other signs.

It just means that the energy of its trans formative/life/death effect is concentrated to that sign.

So the conjunction of Pluto to the Sun does make the margin between the Libra and Scorpio less pronounced and very blurry.
But so does the conjunction of Pluto/Sun Sag.

Libra is all about relationships. So the conjunction of Sun/Pluto in Libra hones in the trans-formative energy of Pluto into relating with others.

So both the Pluto/Sun conjunct individual and Scorpio tend to operate from very similar base points(not to mention Sun in 8th).

But with Libra Sun/Pluto,the ability to be more responsive/objective to ideas and mental thought processing becomes very challenging.

The usually objective reasoning that you see in air signs, is severely mitigated by strong emotions.

So the individual often uses words in their self expression that are very emotionally charged-instead of the usual Libra neutral approach.

With Scorpio, feelings and instincts cover whatever "logic" there may be. Here, the effect of feelings is the core of it all.

So these two people may often be drawn to each other.And explosions and intensity is often the result.

But not enough is said about others with similar Neptune/Uranus making exact square,conjunct,opposite aspects to the Sun being drawn to people who have the energy of that outer planet as their sign.

They also repeat/emphasize the pattern of the planet/sign involved.

I am drawn to Pisces energy as I have Sun/Neptune exact conjunct natally in Sagittarius.

When with another Pisces, we drift off to dream land. And no-one can stop us.This is the case with 12th house Sun's too.

The Libra Sun/Pluto may also be drawn to people with water placements,Cancer and Pisces etc.

This person may even identify with the Scorpio personality. Because Pluto blurrs the line between reasoning and feelings so many times that they can't tell if they are responding to feelings or clarity of their reasons.

You can often tell a Libra with Pluto conjunct with how "invested" they get in an argument. They can get really personal really quick and say some pretty awesome things.

This is not the "look at both sides" of the story usual Libra energy you find. This individual usually picks one side and decides the "other" must be "wrong".

There is an "absoluteness" in opinion that is not there with other Libra's. And I often would recommend that the Sun/Pluto individual also look at Scorpio in assessing their personality.

The different is that they still are llibra like... I.e. The ugly duckling syndrome, try to appease, mood swings due to the balancing acts.

I don't find scorpio sun to be this way. Scorpio sun to me are fixed, have strong egos; Libras sometimes try to settle score and are very argumentative.
I also find that scorpio sun are more comfortable with taboo subjects (even compared to scorpio moon ppl).

I think libras have a much higher need to maintain image.
