Anger is healthy, as well as all the other feelings. You have to experience it all. Like I've said before, this is a special kind of grief.

This is going to take a while to sink in: YOU are not responsible for their choices. YOU will never understand their choices. It is impossible for you go back in time and understand their mental states.

You know the damage suicide does to the survivors; therefore, it is vital you take care of you and you mental health to prevent becoming your own suicide statistic. Suicide survivors have a higher rate of committing suicide.

You will forgive them someday WAAAAY down the road. Your grief will go from tsunami, to ocean, to sea, to lake, to pond, to river, to stream. Time is your enemy and your friend (Hello, Saturn!).
