I know several Virgo moons. All but one of them I like.

But one thing that all have in common (Minus one because I've never asked her about it. LOL)
They have very detailed, very specific ways that they do things. Several of them have an emotional reaction if they are done otherwise. The one Virgo moon that I DON'T like, I don't believe is aware of it. Man is he critical and grumpy. He likes things done a certain way and is what I would call a "whiner" if it's not done just so. (He's a coworker) I subtly tell him to shove it. I'm not catering my work to how he "likes" it done.
Now another guy, a friend of mine, an Aqua. He FULLY admits and laughs at his oddity. He was going through and explaining how he likes these tickets (Used to identify things) to be faced a certain way. He likes them laid out a certain way. He just has all of these ways that the likes things facing, positioned, etc and it "bothers" him if it's not that way. However, realizing that he is the odd one out for this behavior, he doesn't expect anyone else to do the same.

One other, (a Taurus) doesn't really have anything that is odd. But wow does he fly off the handle if he thinks something is not done in the best, most efficient way. ESPECIALLY if your lace of perfection causes him any more work. He gets really, REALLY grumpy! LOL
But as I have a lot of Virgo, he and I get along well because typically, I agree with him.

Anyone else?
Virgo Mooners?

I've heard this description about virgo moons also! I have 2 cousins that are virgo moons, and neither of them are that way...they do seem to pick up on/ notice EVERYTHING though. One is very critical/ likes to read, and the other is somewhat passive. BOTH are extremely messy lol. I'm waiting to meet that virgo moon that categorizes everything and is super organized lol.

In my perfect world I would be the person who wants everything just so...yes things arranged in a specific order, things facing a certain way. Actually my ideal in striving for perfection can get deeper and deeper, like there's no end! If I'm allowed and have time to keep perfecting things to my ideal, I'll keep going until every detail is absolutely perfect and LOVE doing it!!

BUT I have a son with ADHD and a daughter with an aqua stellium.....my daughter is like a living canvas and can't throw anything away because, "OMG it might be useful in some artist way some day!!"
So my little perfect world is far from perfect, I've had to learn to let go of things and try not to let these things get me overly stressed out.

My Aries babe has a Virgo Moon and he has the cutest quirks ever.
He ( just as myself) avoids handshaking like the plague, and any touch with a hand on his bare skin sends him into a frenzy. If someone touches him, and god forbid on the face, he immediately pulls out a hand sanitizer and smears it on a larger portion of the "infected" place.
One application is seemingly never enough, so after it dries off, he pulls his beloved sanitizer again and applies some more. After all that is done, he can't stand it any longer and off he goes to wash it witha soap. That finally does it for him.
I am the only one allowed to touch him in any place of his body, except fingers on his mouth. Sometimes I touch his lips with my fingers just to irritate him. And then I do it again.

My Virgo Sun understands his Moon, thou. I get him.

HAHA! My coworker is a Taurus and i swear up and down he is a high functioning person with Aspberger's. The money in the drawer has to be facing a certain way, the caps on the pens have to be OFF and ON the BACK of the pen. No sticky notes are allowed to be stuck to our counter, or that's another lecture. Keys need to be facing the same way. I mean everything must be spit-spot, which is nice when it happens of course but in a busy work environment like ours ot often isn't first priority.

I have a Taurus moon and new coworkers give me so much anxiety I would rather shove them aside and make them watch me work forever, and I probably do that to an extent because it's smoother sailing.

Now that you mention it...
There might be something to it. I'm not particularly organized, but I have my systems. For example, when I do the dishes I always follow the same order of the dishes I'm going to wash first. And good forbids if you put dirty dishes in the sink while I'm washing them! I also like to follow recipes to the letter. But I'm not that inflexible when it comes to different ways of doing things - I'll accept somebody else's method if it's more efficient or better than mine.
Anyway, thanks for posting, DopGang. This made me aware of one aspect of my Virgo Moon I haven't been aware of till now.

Hmm...
I think it mainly applies to housework for me. Like, if you can't do something right, either don't do it, or... do it right, dammit.
Definitely on the clean-freak side here, though I don't think I'm extreme in that regard, and actually have a messy side as well (Gemini stuff squaring my Virgo Moon, prolly).

I don't have enough experience with jobs to comment on that, though. Perhaps I'll be one of those whiny, grumpy bast*rds who keep lamenting on how everyone is dirty and messy and inefficient.

I've noticed they (the ones I personally know) like things faced certain ways. Lined up neatly. Things of that nature. The grumpy guy (Not the Taurus) gets REALLY bent out of shape. Heck, today he's creeping on me, watching me work. (He's a Sag if I haven't mentioned.)
I'm not sure that they are necessarily clean freaks, but get upset when their method, procedure, layout is not followed. LOL

I'm closest to being like the Taurus/Virgo moon guy.

Hmm.
Somewhat, I guess.
I like some things to be a certain way, but I'm not crazy about it. Again, that might change later as I gain more experience in the work field.

My mother, however, is more extreme in that regard. She is definitely more of a clean-freak and borderline OCD about some stuff.
She has her ASC ruler Mercury in Virgo, conjunct Pluto.

Yeah exactly. It's not "crazy" or anything. It took me some time to notice it. Plus getting into an argument with the sag guy, (which I butt heads with sag anyway) and the aqua guy admitting it to me. It may not be super noticeable.

Not like "As Good As It Gets". If I'm thinking of the right movie.

Virgo moon here.

I'm definitely not what would be normally classified as neat and organized. I like to say that I'm an organized mess, meaning that despite what seems like a mess to anyone else it's not to me because I know exactly where everything is. I do like things done and/ or set up a particular way. If someone moves or rearranges anything of mine I just put it back to the way it was before.

I've got a Virgo moon.

It's interesting because my mom just told me the other day that I was such a stubborn and "weird" child (my sun is in Taurus). The main reason she cited for said weirdness was basically that I always wanted my toys/clothes/belongings a certain way. For example, she told me that she remembers putting my laundry away and organizing my dresser when I was around 3 or 4. When she came in a few days later to put laundry away again, she'd found I had gone ahead and rearranged everything. She said I started doing that with everything: toys, art supplies, books...whatever I played with or thought was mine, I organized. I never argued or fought with her about it, and most of the time she didn't even know when I found the time to do it - she'd just come in one day and everything would be changed around...like magic, lol.

So interesting! Thank you for all of the responses. I've had very good interactions with nearly all Virgo moons that I know of. All but that one. I had to deal with him today. Creeping on me as I said earlier and then before I left he was poking around seeing how I left things for him.
Which I left the place as I would expect to walk into.
He just irritates me to no end. He's the kind of guy that I want to slam down, tie up, and make him cry. He's about twice my size but I don't care. That's just my Mercury/Mars talking though. More bark than bite unless I'm really crossed. Then I will bite.

Whew! Derail.

Generally I have love for you all.

Thanks!

Realistically, I work hard and if he's the only one complaining, that's my defense. No need to do anything but my job and it should take care of itself.

This reminds me of my childhood best friend that was a Virgo Sun conjunct Jupiter, with Saturn also in Virgo. She was not a very neat or organized person, but she was methodical in how she did things. Once I was helping her with chores, and I folded a load of towels. When I went to put them away, she freaked out, and wanted them folded a very particular way. Fold in half lengthwise, fold in half again, and then fold into thirds, no tags showing, and they had to look uniform when stacked. I had to refold all the towels, and I thought she was crazy! I think we were around 8 or 9, and I couldn't understand why she made such a big deal about it. She was like that with vacuum cleaner lines too, they had to be perfect. I like them to line up too, but she would redo the whole room if they didn't line up. This is the absolute only Virgo trait I see in her, because she was known to be really loud and cursed like a sailor.

The funny thing is that to this day I fold my towels the way she taught me, and it bothers me to see towels folded improperly. . Years ago I worked at a design center that sold high end bath products, and even though I was not in the visual merchandising department, I was the official towel folder. Her OCD towel folding rubbed off on me.

I'm a Virgo moon but can't really relate to much of what people say about us. I'm not a neat freak, though not exactly messy either......I always know exactly where everything is when things do start to get unorganized or cluttered though. I don't need things folded a certain way or the toilet paper put on a certain way or things labeled or put back exactly where they are supposed to be either...

I do feel better when I'm in an organized space, but I have a hard time keeping it that way.

I'm not more of germaphobe than the average person I don't think.

Maybe because my Moon is at the last degree of the sign I might be more like a Libra moon?

I don't know. I just don't relate to the anxious neuroticism, or OCD people post about Virgo moons.

I'd say I am crazy organized in weird ways. Totally messy, but I have tons of notebooks logging a ton of crazy things. I do MMA and have folders, tabs, note cards of all the moves who did them, best oppenenet size to do on... It's crazy haha. Same with my book journals, astrology journals, tarot journals and the others ones.

I'm heavy Virgo, but not moon.

I find that I'm not a clean freak at all, though I definitely appreciate it. I have an order of things. Keys always go on a certain table. Where on the table doesn't matter. Shave cream on a certain shelf, again where on that shelf doesn't matter. Things like that. I just want to be able to find things quickly..

Clean freaks in my experience have been Libra!

I think you missed the "high work ethic" part of this moon.

Most Virgo Moons may suffer from ailments that are a result of work stress/dissatisfaction.

I dated a Gemini/Virgo Moon who was not fussy/organized. He was very messy. I was critical of him being like that.

But you could not get between him and his job: He "worshiped" the fact that he had a job to go to and most of his stresses were due to the job.

He would ask me to help assist him in looking for a new job. Or would find himself working in a highly stressful job environment where his nervous system would act up-a lot.

So when I was jobless, he was frantic: Wanting me to take "any job"- so long as I was working and being productive etc I think he had a problem with people being idle.

I have Virgo on the cusp of the 6th, but Mars is there. So I suffer stress and spills at work a lot

I wonder if other Virgo Moons have mad respect for the authority? He feared upsetting people above him or being called to a meeting that brought his competence into question etc.
