And is the difference between the two aspects that mars–venus folks are more likeable while pluto–venus folks it can go either way? I have noticed that mars–venus folks have a very charming quality to them and draws people in bc of that and are really popular with both genders and are rarely disliked, while pluto–venus folks it can go either way, it dosen`t matter if someone likes them or not they still draw that person to them in some way. Like, either people are drawn to them bc of dislike or people are drawn to them bc of attraction i have noticed. So i am wondering which of the combinations are more magnetic?IP: Logged |

Mars-Venus people I know too and yup...everybody likes them. They keep being in stopped in the street by acquaintances and they're pretty straightforward in love matters. Venus-Pluto is a another league entirely. The issue will they even let you come close enough for you to see the Venus side? IP: Logged |

This is just my experience but Mars-Venus are very magnetic...no matter the sign...they just have allure, I can't explain it, they just draw people. They don't ever go unnoticed. I kind of wish I had this aspect LOL, I would like it in Sagittarius :-).IP: Logged |

Very good observation! I have Pluto-Venus and yes I draw ppl but it's very uncomfortable and I really wish they would leave me alone. For now ppl, if I don't come to you it's because I'm not feeling up to the stress of letting down my walls that day.

Absolutely! So hot. I date almost exclusively Venus/Mars people. If they don't have Venus/Mars I feel like something is lacking. They are just so hot and intense. And I seem to draw them. No complaints here! Although getting along with them in day to day matters is a challenge, and their sexual needs are ridiculous to try and keep up with. IP: Logged |

Magnetic topic again Sorry, gotta run, but will share my thoughts quickly. IMO... Venus/Mars people have this easy-going aura around them, and seem to attract both genders. They are easy to make friends. Venus/Pluto seem to attract mostly women (not just romantic way), but more in an obsessive way. Mars/Pluto seem to attract mostly men (not just romantic way), but more in an obsessive way. I have this. IP: Logged |

I have both Pluto-Venus and Mars-Venus.. For me, it is kind of somewhat the opposite of what you've said. There are times I feel like I am possibly drawing people.. Yet, it seems they tend to keep their distance for some reason, and it kind of upsets me. Sometimes, I think it is kind of because of what you say. I feel like people sometimes think that I want to be left alone when I don't.. Or, that I am putting up my walls, when really I am trying so hard to do the opposite, and bring people towards me.. Then again, I have also been told a few times that I am somewhat intimidating.. For whatever reason.. Maybe that comes from my Mars square Pluto aspect.. Especially with my Mars/Pluto midpoint being on my ascendant.. Also have Mars square my Sun.. Sun opposite Pluto.. IP: Logged |

I think they are equally magnetic but there are several differences. With Mars, Venus is magnetic in a raw, sexual way. They are typically just hot people who love sex! And they are aggressive, which for someone like me (Mars in 12H) is very attractive since I don't like to make the first move. When they like you, they make you feel so wanted and they are not shy about their feelings. They can't contain them! I personally would prefer a Venus/Mars guy to Venus/Pluto any day, but I think that's because I'm Venus/Pluto and I have a theory that Venus/Mars and Venus/Pluto are super attracted to each other. With Venus/Pluto, Venus is magnetic in a more subtle way. You may not even know why, but you can't shake them. They will play games and withhold themselves (ie, play hard to get) to get into your head, and once they've got you, they've got you. It's hard to escape. Also because Pluto is extreme, you may feel hopelessly in love one moment and like you want to kill them the next. Their presentation may cause an extreme reaction in you in either direction, but the sheer fact that you have any kind of reaction other than "oh, that is a person" makes them magnetic. At the risk of sounding conceited, my personal experience has been that I'm very magnetic. I am pretty, but I don't think I'm gorgeous; still I am able to attract many people and they get very attached very quickly and have a hard time letting go. I think maybe with Venus/Mars, the attraction is more in your face/intense but can be more lighthearted. IP: Logged |

Lol. I have both of these aspects, plus neptune aspects all three planets (mars, venus and pluto). I get into all sorts of trouble. Venus-mars: very straightforward in love. You never have to guess what they're thinking. Venus-pluto: they are like pythons and will hold onto you; you can't escape unless they want to release you. To determine which aspect is more magnetic depends entirely on which type of energy you find more attractive. IP: Logged |

My Mars (Leo) and Venus (Sag) are squared off. Albeit somewhat loosely.I've been asked about this aspect more than once over the years. To be honest I've never been able to figure out if it was this square, or just the general overabundance of Venusian energy (Sun, Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto in Libra + Asc. and Chiron in Taurus) in my natal chart that caused my "magnetic" flare-ups. Either way, being a fairly private person IRL, it's always been more of a creepy annoyance than anything. IP: Logged |

I get a lot of what your saying! I can tell ppl are drawn to me for good or bad they can pick me out of a crowd. And I've been told I'm intimidating to, once person said it's like I'm a shark scanning a room for my next victim. One friend who reads energy told me I have an extra bright energy all around me, like I glow and have some kind of excitement going on around me energetically, So I guess how someone perceives that energy is based on their chart, and also my mood. The time I was told I looked like a shark I was upset and wanting to leave where I was but couldn't because my ride was nowhere to be found...
I think one major difference between Pluto/Venus and Mars/Venus is the walls. Pluto is more naturally guarded even without cause while Mars doesn't have the walls as much, it's more of an offensive planet it can always bd ready to attack when instigated but if it's not being instigated it will let others get close. Pluto is more defensive always protecting itself even before there is a reason, there is no trust until proven worthy. Because of that I think Mars/Venus is more open and allows others to come in more easily. Pluto/Venus doesn't trust....so getting in at all is hard. Pretty much Mars/Venus will let you in until you prove yourself unworthy Pluto/Venus will let you in once you prove yourself worthy. IP: Logged |

^^^Well.. I also happen to have Chaos conjunct my Sun.. But I was thinking you have probably already seen me mention that before. I think at times, that kind of makes people a little put off because they aren't really sure what to expect from me.. Lol IP: Logged |

For therapeutic romance. Or a romantic love that will "change" your life- Venus-Pluto hands down!!!These people are usually very magnetic for people who still have underlying love issues to deal with. Or those who are yearning for that intense,gut-wrenching,soul-explosive love experience. For a quick shag and "laugh it off" over dinner experience. The Venus-Mars people are attractive. These people may not "change" your world. But they are fun(depending on the energy of the conjunction and whether or not you like it). Most times this may be more sexual and its purpose to be instant sexual gratification than anything else. But they are more "light weight" than Pluto. IP: Logged |

I have venus opp pluto and venus sextile mars. Both planets are very strong in my chart, along with Pluto. People will show interest in me but from a far. Like i can tell people want to get to know me but they are afraid of me at the same time. I blame that with having pluto in the 1st house. IP: Logged |

I've noticed many popular celebrities, musicians, actors, etc have this aspect. Just to name a few: Bruce Lee (Scorpio), Sandra Bullock (Gemini), Kanye West (Taurus), J. Cole (Pisces), Debbie Harry (Taurus), Uma Thurman (Gemini.)I think to the broader public, Venus/Mars is very attractive because they seem to be at ease with themselves. At Astrodienst, they called this aspect, "It"- meaning charisma. Passionate and romantic, but ultimately less serious than Venus/Pluto. I know a Scorpio sun, Libra moon with Venus/Mars conjunction in Sagittarius. Very flirtatious, very popular. Even though physically he was not that handsome, he easily got into relationships and was generally considered attractive. I also have this aspect (though Venus is in Capricorn), and I'm really glad because even though I can be shy, my experience from this aspect is that people actively try to get to know me anyways. I have also had little trouble finding a relationship. No dry spells 😅. On the other hand, a Capricorn sun, Cancer moon, who has the Venus/Pluto conjunction. He did seem a bit more intimidating- got into fewer relationships, but they were all very long-lasting. Most people commented that it seemed quite "intense" (without having any knowledge of astrology!) I remember reading a post of a woman who had Venus/Pluto, and she commented that with all of the men she had dated, they always called her back, months, years, even decades later, to let her know what a deep impact she made on them. That really epitomizes Venus/Pluto to me- transformative, but on a one-to-one level. Venus/Mars, on the other hand, is attractive to a broader audience because they present a good time for all. Funny. Literally right after I read your post my ex called me and we talked for 45 minutes. Even when we were together I used to obsess about astrology, and he told me that now whenever he meets someone he asks for their birthday. He said "that's how much you affected my life you little s***." 😂 IP: Logged |
