We both were in second year of college and I remember having the biggest crush on him. I was obsessed with the guy! He moved away that year, so did I and today, as I went to register for the conferring, he was there! I was livid.

Same, It feels good just doing me now.
At first I was 'cutting people off' left and right (Scorpio Venus ). Then I was like, 'you know what, everyone's cut off.' I've needed to lay low and get clear on what I value so I can attract the right kinds of people.

This month, circumstances and events popped up that illuminated everything regarding my relationships : Who's good for me, who's horrible for me, who's using me, etc. But I've also had to cool it several times and remind myself that nobody is perfect! So I'm not 'cutting' anyone off, really. It's much too lonely a concept anyway. Just gotta keep both eyes wide open

ick? Low-grade annoyances, at the same time as a heavy feeling like a lead blanket all over, squeezing in sometimes. Constant low headache, tension back of neck. Tight feeling under jaw, like constant lighter swollen glands that come and go. And like there's a weird whine-hiss in the air... yeah, I normally can hear the subtle Wi-Fi, but I'm unusually hearing it boosted more for past few days.

So, I feel a non-dissolving mixture of granules of gripey and happy at the same time.

Also, I'm not sure if old friendships count for Venus retrograde, but I was at a party last weekend and this guy who I used to be friends with a few years ago was there. He really hurt me in the past over and over again and after giving him chance after chance I finally cut ties with him. At the party he tried to be nice and give me a high five for who knows what reason. Bottom line is that I didn't want to even look at him or be around him. Then, my former best friend who is good friends with that guy (I introduced them a few years back), Facebook messaged me saying how the guy told her he saw me at the party, and she wanted to reach out and say hello to me too to check in on me. I know I sound super drama-y in this post, but I'm not. There are only a few people i have cut ties to because they just bring me negativity and I realized that I am better off without them in my life.

Also, I have recently started dating a guy who I think is pretty good for me.... for once! I'm a little afraid because I always hear that starting new relationships during a Venus retrograde is a bad move, but he's the nicest and sweetest guy I've ever met, and I can't let him get away

I made a huge purchase and regretted it. I'm in the process of trying to return it but I fear im going to have to put my boxing gloves on to get my money back.

One of my long friendshios ended for now, and I'm totally okay with it and relieved. There's nothing else I could think of doing to save it, and I wasn't happy in it anyway.

I've also realized I deserve to be treated better than I have been and im not accepting anything less. I changed some old bad behaviors of mine (well, so far)

I think this Rx has been very good for me. Natally Venus rules my Sun/Merc and sits in my 5H. It's retrograde in my 9H loosely Trine a bunch of planets and square my Chiron.

I'm finally pulling away from a friendship that has become very negative. My disenchantment with our relationship has been growing for a few years now, but this past year especially I've just felt very fed up with the way this person makes me feel. I stopped talking to him regularly a few weeks before the Rx and once it hit, we've stopped talking almost completely. Now that the Rx is almost over, I'm a little surprised to realize how much our friendship was draining me. I feel much happier, more like myself, productive, and "lighter".

My mom had a similar negative/draining relationship with her mother that also ended during the Rx. My mom finally got fed up with their toxic relationship, had a row with her and they agreed to stop talking. Not sure how long that is going to last tbh, but just like me my mom has been so much happier and "lighter" since. It has also greatly improved our relationship, which was a long time coming. Again, not sure if this will last, but it's still a nice break.

Like others have mentioned, I've also realized that I deserve to be treated better than I have been. I'm developing a lot more respect for myself and starting to be more outspoken when people in my life cross a line with me. I've become very distant with many people in my life except for one friend. We've had a bit of a rocky relationship in the past, but we've gotten closer and things seem to have stabilized during the Rx. He's very supportive and positive which is why I talk to him on a regular basis.

An ex got in touch with me the first week of the Rx. Years ago I completely cut him out of my life yet he continued to contact me regardless of how many times I told him to stop. Recently we got back in touch and sort of patched things up between us. I made it clear I was not interested in continuing any kind of friendship or relationship with him, but during the Rx he got in touch with me hoping to change my mind. I think things FINALLY clicked because I haven't heard from him since.

I made a new guy friend and we've been friends for several months and he finally asked for my number. He's been texting me since and being so nice I can't tell if he likes me as more than a friend or not.

My ex started contacting me and I've had some really tough feelings to deal with there.

I lost a new friendship. Which is fine cause the guy was a total ass.

Met a great guy who makes me laugh. But his job may fall through and he may have to move back to where he just moved from. Seems about right for Venus retrograde. I'm hoping when Venus goes direct it will correct this. We are staying in contact.

People stopped paying as much attention to me, which hit my self esteem pretty hard.
