Ok, in general.
I work with teachers @ a vocational school. Having been an instructor myself as well. Now I work as an advisor, counselor and hear too many stories about bad teaching. I just don't understand why one would become a teacher when they treat people like shite. Is it their ego's? They think they know it all and don't care about your point of view. Really makes me upset because I have always had trouble with teachers and authority. It's just not the way!

I feel like I can thank my Sun/Moon combo (Aries/Sag), Mars in the 5th (Aquarius), as well as my Jupiter (10th/Cancer)/MC (Gemini) conjunction. I think my Sun in the 7th makes me charming for some people, also. Moon in the 3rd House probably doesn't hurt, either.

I'm pretty good at working the room and grabbing people's attention. I find the whole process to be thrilling and exhilarating. Whenever I've led a particularly good training session, I sometimes feel so great that I may as well be on drugs.

It's usually not so much to get you to know each other (or even working under the assumption that you care to get to know each other) so much as it is to get you to bring yourselves into the room and be "present." I do something similar to this for a lot of training sessions that I lead (I don't make people go to the front of the room - that's obnoxious), but I do have them introduce themselves in some way. Engagement and participation in group discussion is almost always much stronger compared to sessions where I haven't done intros.

My Pluto is nearly unaspected and intercepted so I don't know what I have to thank for this dark humor appreciation lol maybe growing up with a Scorp ASC brother did it.
