Whaddya talking about, Starmoon?

It's a Full Moon

Full Moon as natal phase is between 180 to 225 deg.

If we look at the Full Moon on 28th, we see it happens at my location at precisely 5:50 am. At that hour
Sun 4.40 Libra
Moon 4.40 Aries

now if we look at the chart at 5: 20 am, we see

Sun 4.39
Moon 4.21

Since it's the same degree (180) I would consider this a Full Moon.

BUT if the person was born one hour before, it would be Gibbous - until 179 deg, including. EDIT: actually, everything before the degree of the Sun is Gibbous.

What I am saying is the Moon is already on the Full Moon degree 30 min before.

At least that's how I see it.

Gabby, natal Moon phases are based on a degree range. However, as astrologers, we usually see someone who has Sun opp Moon in their natal chart as having Full Moon energy. And Gibbous is in a way part of the Full Moon energy, such as Balsamic is part of the New Moon energy. So someone who has their Moon conj Sun with Moon appl to Sun we see them as having a New Moon vibe (although, technically, it's Balsamic)

30 minutes as in half a degree or 30 minutes as in a half hour?

Though it makes only a small difference... Either way, you should be under a degree or so of the exact aspect. And both are luminaries which are typically given a wider orb than normal. And the aspect is applying, for more strength.
