Whaddya talking about, Starmoon?
It's a Full Moon
Full Moon as natal phase is between 180 to 225 deg.
If we look at the Full Moon on 28th, we see it happens at my location at precisely 5:50 am. At that hour
Sun 4.40 Libra
Moon 4.40 Aries
now if we look at the chart at 5: 20 am, we see
Sun 4.39
Moon 4.21
Since it's the same degree (180) I would consider this a Full Moon.
BUT if the person was born one hour before, it would be Gibbous - until 179 deg, including. EDIT: actually, everything before the degree of the Sun is Gibbous.
What I am saying is the Moon is already on the Full Moon degree 30 min before.
At least that's how I see it.
