What do you appreciate about your Venus?

I love my 5H Sag Venus because it has saved me from becoming totally crazy through the ups and downs of romance.

I have been able to say, "Yeah, nuts to you!" and walk away from someone who was giving me a lot of BS. And I've been able to say, "You're hot" to someone who is hot.

I see other people drowning in their emotions, and I almost get like that with my 8H moon, but then Venus kicks in and I brush the dust off myself and keep walking.

And I am so grateful that I have that ability. I relish the memories of certain boys thinking I was a goner because they broke up with me, knowing how emotional I can get, yet I bounced right back and even pi$$ed them off, by not being morose at all, but impish, mysterious, and laughing soon afterwards.

It really baffled them, and it would baffle me, too, if I didn't know astrology.

Great thread!

I love my 7H Virgo Venus because it has saved me from being one of those girls nonstop dating and loosing their heads over some idiotic douc.h.ebags.

I have realistic expectations and yet, keeping standards. Also, love is not number one thing I value, which makes me harder to get disappointed. I am tough on myself, but I know I can eventually get everything fixed. I don't give up hope on making things better, if I really want to.

I love my 1st house libra Venus because I fall in love deeply, and love being in love.
The song "falling in and out of love" would apply to my Venus because I can fall in love deeply and quickly but fall out of love just as quickly when I see there is no point or I'm not appreciated. I don't sit around crying about it or waste time drowning in pain. I quickly and happily start looking to brighter days.

I like that ppl never really get over libra Venus...we just know how to love, show it so passionately and openly, most ppl don't ever find that again.

Plus with my Venus conjunct Pluto typically this aspect doesn't let ppl don't move on easily, but because mine is in libra...I do!

I love my venus in Gemini because it combats my 12th house moon and venus placement by making me not so deep and emotional on the surface. On the surface I'm fun and flirty and up for a good time. But if a guy gets under my skin (which is rare) my 12th house venus totally takes over and I'm a ridiculous romantic that lives in my own little fairytale.

Haha, you galls!! You are better at it than me. I lost my head and heart too many times but... was always up and about when it was over. Never one problem apart from one time. Damn! And I am still attached to this person who sort of has my heart and probably I have his. I tried hating him but I know now, he stil means the same for me. I must show you all our synastry. I will. If you will let me.

So. I am very happy with my Leo Venus in 11th house because it makes me able to LOVE EVERYONE in the whole wide universe and beyond. I would do a lot for people in need. In combination with my Cancer Sun I would pamper you and shower you with gifts and serve you good food and wine. All in abundance! I will make sure you will have a GREAT time!! Never short of anything. Being very attentive and always finding good compliments to throw at you. You will leave my house satisfied, fulfilled, fresh and new energy. My Venus makes it easy to slip in and out of this dimension! Though some may find it a weakness, I find it quite powerful to not even be affected by "reality".

I hate my Venus because it's opposite Pluto.

However, I love my 6th house Venus in Taurus because I think the love that I have to give and ultimately want to receive, is no longer common in modern society. It's rare and that's what makes it special. I believe in fighting to the end for a relationship and I'm all about sticking by others through thick and thin (although sometimes against my better judgment). I'm old school with love and I don't take the LOVE word lightly. In instances where other people would give up/leave, I most likely will not and although that can be bad, it can also be very good - dependable/consistent.

Well, I don't LOVE my venus but i've learned to control it hahaha

I ~~~love~~~ my venus in scorpio in the 8th house because when I fall in love, I feel it deeply and I give 100% to the person I'm with.
