No. We do not choose our natal charts. In a way they sort of choose us and it is very much like an arranged marriage. We may not like nor understand why we were given that particular set-up but we eventually learn to live and understand it. My 2000 cents ;-)IP: Logged |

With each incarnation you learn the mysteries (lessons) of a particular sign. You perfect these lessons and then you evolve to the next level. When we choose a particularly difficult incarnation, it's because we failed at some point previously. We now have additional lessons (that we previously failed) to master in order to excel/evolve.
I like how you worded this. This is along the lines of what I believe too. We all have karma from previous lifetimes but we can only work on so many lessons at once. If you aren't able to achieve something you want to achieve, it's either meant to teach you a lesson of some sort, or it's something you know you need to learn deep down but the energy and timing just aren't right at this point in time or this lifetime. I believe we choose our charts and our lives, but I've always wondered why people would choose to go through difficult circumstances. I guess that's something that we're not able to fully understand from a human point of view. But I believe our souls choose our life circumstances because we know what we need to learn even if it's a tough lesson. IP: Logged |

Our souls do not know what it's like to be humans, so how can souls rightfully choose what our human experience should be? I cannot picture a group of souls sitting around in the soul dimension and a soul deciding that he is going to come back to earth and experience physical and sexual abuse at the hand of caretakers, die of hunger, have lifelong substance addiction, be caught in a war and watch loved ones being dismembered tortured and killed, run for his life and become a refugee somewhere and be hungry and afraid for the rest of his life. Really, there is a soul around that's going to say, ok lemme go sign up for that kind of human experience? Anyone of you humans here willing to sign up for that kind of human experience? Any soul that would willingly sign up for the human life experience has to be an AVATAR, a soul who freely chooses to reincarnate out of compassion to help other humans. IP: Logged |
