Your Natal Jupiter isn't really making a whole lot of strong aspects.. But.. With it being exalted, and with your Moon being in the 9th house, in Sagittarius, in your Draconic.. I feel that is maybe why Jupiter was sticking out to me. That along with Jupiter opposing Saturn in its own sign.. Jupiter also making a semi-sextile to Mercury (so, your approach to thinking things through may be a bit Jupiter-ian.. For lack of a better term. lol)

I could also see how Venus and Pluto could have significance.

I just think it is odd how Jupiter was coming to mind, and that you yourself mentioned it before I said anything about it.

Of course, according to that program though, Jupiter isn't very strong. I'm not sure.. It's a planet that seems to show up in your personality, in my opinion.

I'd say that yes, your 12th house does have a certain significance considering you have Neptune there.. Also, Saturn is in Domicile, also in your 12th house.

Usually there are about 2-3 Planets that seem to really stick out for most people. So.. As I said originally, just continue to observe over time, and see what sticks out to you.

Don't take my word as a solid solution.. As I've said.. There are a few different ways of looking at it.

you have to first look at the Natal to see if the Progressed aspect coincides with what your Natal says. (1st rule of Progressions)
Chances are it doesn't
(not on a single Progressed aspect)
but just the same you want to avoid making a negative prediction.

We don't ever want to do that because negative thoughts bring about negative actions.

If you were to use a Placidus Chart would Jupiter change houses? Is it possible that by using Placidus we would be able to see what the Pullen chart says?

Kinda like the Sun and the Moon (on an astronomical level..) we basically need both of them.. They are both important.. They are interconnected (as the Moon reflects the light of the Sun) but, they both serve their own purposes. However, they are not quite completely separated either.. Even the gravitational pull in order to keep the earth working correctly depends on both of them, if I am correct. The light of the Moon (Draconic) is more subtle than the Sun.. But.. We need them both.. And, it could be said that while they do different things, they have a pretty much equally important role.
