When transit Pluto conjuncts your Uranus/Neptune this configuration is going to manifest in your life. And I see that your career is going to be very satisfying for you. With Virgo on your MC and the Moon are you interested in health subjects at all?

Actually I think you will be very well off from the career path you choose and highly respected.

Also the Jupiter/NN conjunction that is coming up will be right on your Moon.

There is no formula, because there is no guarantee that your Asc/MC figures are accurate, since they are not analogues of the exact moment of 'first breath' or any other material measurement in linear events. To be sure of the accuracy of your Asc figure and then proceed to interpretation would first require a full validation of your chart.

With your birth time your Asc could be in Sag, or potentially in Scorpio or Libra.
