What in a natal chart indicates people who wants to gain power/Money/Respect?

I usually believe those who want these things are simply because they have felt they never had it at a young age. Hence they would of been Bullied/controlled/Left in the dark as a child. Making them want to have power, and gain respect because of a scar or traumatic event that led them to want it.that is if they are un evolved of course.i think of it as a misunderstood villian.

My belief.

Pluto aspects in personal planets
8th house in planets

Would a Mars in Pisces Square pluto (0 orb) be a prime example of the description I just gave?

Pluto/Sun for the strife of being powerful

Pluto/Mars is a matter of its own... usually these people already are incredibly powerful, but depending on the aspect they need to master it, it's also an aspect prone to control and possessiveness.

Pluto/Chiron is also one I'd check out. Because of what you said earlier, chiron being your deepest wound, when it's aspected to Pluto it can lead to the need of being in power because you feel lacking in the aspects where your chiron is.

Pluto in aspect to N.Node. Power and transformations are a MAJOR part in life.

I can see a Pluto/Venus or scorpio/Venus having a taste for power.

I'd discard the moon however. A plutonic moon would make for intense emotions rather than power hungry people.

Hi

I think I'm quite power hungry. Always scheming about how I will acquire money etc. Not necessarily a bad thing though because I wanna do youth work after I make money and teach people how to make money.

lilth(pisces) conj MC(pisces) (3degrees)
lilth conj sun(pisces) (5degs)
sun(9th house) conj MC (8deg)
sun trine mars(cancer) (1deg)
mars conj ascendant (7degs)
MC square north node(sag)
Venus (10th) (aries) trine NN(6th)(sag) trine Chiron(3rd)(leo)

I have a friend who has sun conj pluto in scorpio and he's probably the least power hungry person I know always preaching against being materialistic. IDK if he's just saying that to not LOOK materialistic though i doubt he is.

I actually have a very tight 0 orb conjunction between Pluto and Chiron in Sagittarius.probably that's why I am personally power-hungry.

Also I have an exact 0 orb between Mars/Pluto with mars in pisces,I tend to feel the need to gain power/respect.but I feel like I need to do it on my own, like I feel I came from the lowest of the low,and move up the ranks to become someone with power.
Personally is think this aspect will be useful in the future when I Run my own company.

Mars/Pluto are definitely my favorite aspects despite its bad rep.
It shows ENORMOUS stamina and incredible power. It is a very useful one if you can master its most difficult aspects.
I have to opposition, and I think I managed to escape the most horrible thing that seems to happen with this aspect. I definitely am grateful for the strive and willpower it gives.
And yes, I am extremely power hungry (Pluto in eight house and in scoprio, conjunct N.node with Jupiter in there too (without being conjunct) It aspect My sun, my venus and my mars and is involved in an exact yod with My chart ruler and my sun (which is at the apex)

Sames! I'm actually quite competetive! My friends would always say I become too agressive/vengeful when I try to get something that I want.i don't see it as a bad thing! It makes up for the pisces mars,id like to see the pisces mars as the schemers, those sneaky types that would stab someone in the back for power/Money/Respect. That's my POV at least.

Also does having a Lilith in Capricorn give off those traits? I have it myself.

Also I really don't know much about Pluto(Sagittarius) opposite MC (Gemini) though, really isn't a lot about this aspect to determine if someone is power hungry.

I agree Roselily! It's almost impossible to see mars/pluto as a weak placement.if not handled right,it may bring the worst of us.i personally seem to handle it preety well, but the majority of my friends have the trine,so they handle that power more than I do lol but I can say the Harder aspects (Square/opposition) seems to be more powerful and dynamic compared to the softer aspects.

I go extreme to get what I want,Power and Respect for my well being-Mars/Pluto in a nutshell...

TBH i think pisces is one of the most power hungry signs as most of the pisces people I know are the same. Its just that for us, morality plays a huge role at the same time as opposed to others who will get power by any means.

We want power without doing anything bad as we understand karma better than other signs. Also I think pisces is naturally clumsy at the small stuff and always dream of the big stuff as we are born to delegate the smaller things to others while we move forward to bigger things. Don't know if most pisces people see this or not.

Guess thats why power hungry scorpios love us eh

Haha true! Though it still dosent explain why I don't relate to the compassionate pisces part. Probably because I have Mars in the 7th? Making it have Libra traits?

Your question describes Saturn in the tenth house. They have clearly defined goals which in a nutshell are reaching the top of their given profession. Money gives independence and respect is all important for Capricorn (10th house).

This is not to say that Saturn has to be in Capricorn, it doesn't nor does it mean that a Saturn in Capricorn individual will be as ruthless as Saturn in the tenth.

A square from the Sun or Moon to Saturn supports ambition.

How about if i have
Saturn in Taurus 9th

Also note i have Capricorn Sun And Virgo As

Saturn sextile Mars (tight aspect)
Saturn sextile Moon (tight aspect)
Saturn Trine AS
Saturn Square Uranus
Saturn Square Neptune

all of these aspects are 3 or less degrees/orb,so wouldnt this support ambition? it would explain my power hungry attitude.

Well there are plenty of people that never had those things but they still dont really grow up to crave them. I think a mars heavy or arian person that grew up bullied or traumatized will have a huge drive to obtain power when they are older. Esp when controlled or abused by a more powerful person.

I can see pluto having a part to play too. It IS a revenge to live well, be powerful and be better than your former tormenters.

I think pisces itself is a sign that secretly wants power. Maybe it has to do with karma or pisces' natural position as the end all sign of the zodiac. Several of the pisces suns I know are very concerned with how they appear, and appearing "better"

Interesting. Saturn Leo, 10th. I don't quite fully relate. I'd rather have respect than control.

Do I like superficiality and showing off my assets, yes

Do I like to take responsibility and take on more work? Not at all

I'm also a natal Saturn 10th houser
As well as progressed Pluto Mars conjunction
Natal Mars Scorpio

Also I'm not THAT power hungry because I'm making bad decisions when it comes to love.
Instead of someone who is rich and handsome and treats me well

I go with people who like me but aren't doing that well off
Why? Because I like them
Dumb yes

One should never marry out of love!!!!
Just saying xD

Curious, since the midheaven is career and the skills for our career,Would a Gemini MC have intelligence/Quick-minded/Clever/Witty as a skill in a career? What I mean by that is that they know how to go through things logically and plan out a lot.i think this MC is useful for when I run my own business.Gemini MC have their hands on everything and is up to date, meaning they make them good "puppet masters?"

I have a
Pluto opposition MC (wide)
Sun,mercury,neptune Trine MC
MC square Mars

The reason I say this is because I really don't see myself going into journalism, rather than be very good at negotiating with businessmen (Mars pisces 7th)

Maybe you should check you're progressed chart too. My one went from pisces to aries 3 years ago- right when my ego and aggression kicked in.
