there is nothing in my chart about leos

but i absolutely adore them. my favourite fire sign. aries and just too agressive and sags are too flighty but leos are just perfection

and theres again nothing in my chart that has anything to do with leos

Gemini (have a Mercury chart ruler)
Leo (moon in 5H)
Pisces (Dsc) but also Sag (cusp of 4H with Neptune in it)
Aries (8H ruler)

The ones I SHOULD like are:

Cap
Cancer
Scorpio
Virgo

The IC is like the root-channel of the Natal Chart. Yes, it can deal with our past.. But, in saying that, it also deals with a part of ourselves that cannot really be changed easily. Rather, a part of ourselves that we learn through.. We can't change our past, but, we can learn from it.

Really, our IC is like.. The grounding for the energy of the rest of the chart. It's what gives us our base structure, in which we ultimately express ourselves through. Not to say that this means it is a dominant personality trait, rather, it is an energy that a lot of our other energy is expressed through. The IC being a rather intrinsic channel, that helps give us our definition of what we do without realizing it.. You could call it talent, but it's not quite that simple. Those traits are what helps push us forward into the MC/Life Path.. The MC being where we take those talents, and all that energy that is being intrinsically expressed into the channel of the IC, and find a way to use it for our life path.

The energy of the Ascendant may be what everyone else sees us as.. But.. The IC goes beyond the personality and outward expression. It is much more inward. Dealing much more with our subconscious.. Once again, possibly being traits that only we see. Sometimes, traits even WE don't see until they blow up in our face and we have to learn from them the hard way.

I may add onto this.. In fact, I've been meaning to open a thread dealing with an idea I've had come to mind dealing with the Shadow Self and its connection to the Moon.. And, the polarities the IC reflects dealing with that..

so why would i be attracted to my IC then?

Not to say that I think the IC has anything to do with attraction. I haven't read through this thread very closely.
