This is found in those aspects in which there is seen potential for 'saying'=Mercury 'too much'=Jupiter. Sometimes its Sun/Mars instead of Jupiter. Look for parallels and contra-parallels involving these. Mercury:Mars/Jupiter. Or strong aspects to Sun/Mer/Moon in Gem/Sag.------------------

I know that feeling. Sometimes I should just shut up!
My Mercury in Gemini (3rd) is square the nodes.
Sun and Jupiter are conjunct in Gemini too.
Plus I have a Sag MC -_-
Mars is paralell JupiterI can be loud, crazy, do TMI and get totally misunderstood by others.
I'm learning to control it but it's a bit frustrating to find the balance between being totally silent and saying all kinds of stuff in a conversation IP: Logged |

oh dearri have mercury semi square jupiter exact and sesquiquadrate mars 2 degrees. also have mercury semi square saturn 2 degrees i'm not too bad but when i do have a slip.. maybe its my heavy capricorn but i get so worried that it'll ruin my reputation or that people will think something of me that i'm not. i'm alot better with worrying but it still pops up here and there who would've thought accidentally leaving out one word could change the entire meaning of a joke!?!?!?! i can't stop beating myself up over it! Mars mercury conjunct and parallel. Trine Jupiter which is in the 8th. Dun dun dunnn It's not that big of an issue. The biggest problem is that friends will be joking and being kind of vile. So I'm thinking, "ok. They appreciate vile humor".
Then I come out with something. "Too far bro. Too far."

i accidentally insinuated that i'm still in love with my ex cause i joked about hearing adele's new song and texting him saying sorry i broke up with him. but what i mean was that i'm sorry about HOW i broke up with himi just missed one word! AHHH but the reactions was so there that i can't imagine it didn't happen and i can't just be like 'oh remember last week...?' shoot me IP: Logged |

I have this tendency too, mercury sextile jupiter/saturn. Although I never have slipped my tongue for bad words rather I end up talking too much, sometimes forgot what I have said. My brain also can explode if I don't take the words out if something bothered me. The problem is sometimes people take the story seriously, while I'm just trying to analyze.. intensely lol or just saying.  @sarahhm lol. I know how it feels, I called my ex one time saying,
Me: "I'm sorry I did losing control."
Him: "It's okay. Let's meet up tomorrow."
Me: "Why?"
Him: "You said sorry, it's okay babe."
Me: "NOOOOOOOOO, I didn't mean that waaaay" Yeah, I forgot to put "HOW" in the middle and we end up on again. Gaaaaahh. Mercury square jupiter, how does it play? IP: Logged |

Wow that hit home. I have Sag intercepted in the first (blunt at all the wrong moments) and also have Jupiter in Pis trine Mercury in Cap and my Scorpio Ascendant. Needless to say, the tongue is quicker than the mind and slices right to the heart of things. Saturn is also conjunct my Ascendant, so I've learned some hard lessons about when and how (not) to express myself. If you go into the hole, can I come? ------------------
